Excavating the Mind

"Accept yourself, love yourself and keep moving forward.
If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you done."
Roy T. Bennett

It is important to embrace our own diversity and increase it if we can.  The more we open our hearts and minds, the faster we learn and propel our lovely selves forward.  Once we grasp new insights and take action, we embrace more of the unknown and less weighted down.

As we excavate our own minds, we are reminded that others are just as complex.  When others disagree with our point of view, kindly remember it is only on one segment of our self, and not our entire being.  We too, are better conversationalists and friends when we honor and respect a person as a whole.

Each one of us can hold a perception without creating division.  There are no specimens of human beings that are identical.  To claim our authentic selves does not include judging others to feel superior.  When we choose to listen better, to experience differing outlooks, and agree to disagree without consequence, peace will enter our body, mind, and spirit!
