We become more powerful when we remember that other people's truth is not necessarily our own. What is true for one person, may be detrimental for one other. When we take the time to understand our own belief system and view options with flexibility, the opportunity to thrive widely opens. We need to exercise our choices.
Instead of monitoring the news, place attention on personal routines. Where is time being invested and what measures can be adapted to fuel energy? Determine what makes life thrive and explore how to spread that particular element throughout the day. Maybe a trip to the beach is unrealistic, but keeping a picture of the ocean close by is priceless.
If we invest ourselves in the chaos of life, heaviness occurs. If we are aware of disruptions, but continue forward in spite of them, life is better aligned. We have choice as to what knowledge we use to fuel our souls. The stronger our energy, the better performance and longer distance prevails.
