"Escape from the black cloud that surrounds you. Then you
will see your own light as radiant as the full moon."
Rumi
The moon, for me, has been an everlasting and dependable companion since childhood. Whether I could see it or not, in my heart, I knew it was there. It was symbolic of life moving through phases of darkness into the light. It's stable momentum reflected how the pace of moving forward needed to be steady and slow.
The moon travels across the sky with pockets of imperfection on its surface. It is alone while it changes shapes, but never loses its vibrations. And is this not just like me? From day to day I experience life differently through phases not always predictable. I journey through dark passages, believing light is waiting for me.
Full moon energy is chaotic, disrupting frequencies, shaking things up. This, too, is an example of my life ... smooth sailing until high winds and destructive waves spit me out upon the shore. Exampled by the full moon, I continue on knowing that the new moon phase will offer new ways of being able to shine my light.
