When things go wrong, there is a tendency to ask God why this is happening. In reality, human action or earthly eruptions have triggered the situation. This is a process being used for us to learn, redirect, and prosper. God certainly is not lashing out at us in any attempt to be punishing us or squash our light.
When painful situations occur, our prayers are heard and our light is seen shining. If we are not granted our requests, the intention is not neglect. Rather than lapsing into darkness, we must seek the light of Spirit so we may be gathered back in. Divine Spirit has a higher perspective, and a greater understanding of what lies ahead.
With increased illumination, we can begin to see beyond the darkness. There are still questions and sorrow, but restoration of our light guides us once again. When shining brightly, even if in pain, we will experience the inner presence of God. Listen closely for the unspoken communication, assuring us that we are never really alone.
