Presenting with Integrity

"The right way is not always the popular and easy way.
Standing for right when it is unpopular is a true
test of moral character."
Margaret Chase Smith

There is great comfort in being the same person whether you are alone or with others. You can relax into simply being present. When you have told your truth or found a safe place for it, you can relax into a situation. Rather than being distracted by recalling what stories you previously told, you can pleasantly observe the people around you.

The insight about being the same person whether you are alone or with others, speaks volumes in reference to the benefits of integrity. Stress is lowered as well as anxiety. With the certainty of who you are at the core, moving forward is highlighted with heightened experiences. Life begins to flow with authenticity.

If you feel lost and confused, move your lovely self. Pre-plan a garden, wander in a book store, experience creative expression through music, dance or art. Movement becomes a reflection of who you are at your core. Truth generates freedom to pull all of your parts together presenting with integrity.
