Negative energy seems to be popping up everywhere and I am hoping you are remembering that there is always choice. Choice to be overwhelmed or curious. No matter how daunting, you can utilize your own light to shine into darkness. When you maintain some element of control through awareness, movement forward will initiate improvement.
Overthinking subtracts energy from positive action. Fear creates doubt and indecision. Power slides away until we regain clarity of thought, word, and deed. Hope minimizes confusion, and guides us towards situations and resources for expanded experiences of both love and joy.
When you remember to love yourself, your light shines brighter, attracting resources to assist us in building a life filled with curiosity, fun, and friendships. Take a self-inventory which will help you remember who you truly are while catching glimpses of who the Divine wishes you to be. When you nurture your true self, you will stretch and grow.
