Some calendars mark religious holidays and seasonal festivities, but special is the one that reflects lunar cycles. Before the full moon arrives, one may feel the stirring of energy. It seems in the days prior; life can become unsettled. It is as though the bright light of the moon shines clearly upon things left unresolved.
The full moon can designate closure of either work or play. Each of us have associations based on our experiences. With the beginning of each cycle, we may feel like we are moving forward with a clean slate, ready to create in forward movement. At the end of the cycle when the moon is full, assessment of progress can be explored.
The vibration of the full moon can be very strong. We may feel pulled into this 'celestial pearl' as though it were magic. As we open ourselves to the power of this moon, we may feel a very deep connection. Perhaps words will never explain what we feel, but its monthly appearance can bring warmth to our very old souls.
