Deeply Touched My Soul

"A little known fact is that the most insidious forms of
patriarchy are unconsciously passed down from mother to daughter."
Bethany Webster

Let us celebrate everyone who impacts a woman in spite of genes, cultures, or oppositions.  Whether we were adopted, befriended  or secretly repressed, hats off to all who truly tried, succeeded or failed. Honor in the midst of all women benefits us all.

A remarkable woman may never be 'seen' by her child, but this may be the gift passed down to the following generation.  It is vital to know both blessings and secrets to be able to fully comprehend both the parent and the child.  It is senseless to keep repeating without appreciation and improvement.

Mother Earth is a wonderful example.  She tries her best to support and flourish, but not all born to her respect, nurture and replenish. Not all tread lightly with honor and respect.  The word mother is a wonderful Hallmark profit, but it is not enough to thank all of the women in my life who have deeply touched my soul as a mother could.
