All that has been pent up throughout the winter, can now be released. Fresh energy can circulate restoring a sense of joy. It is as though Spring calls into the hearts of humans to wander outside and begin to dream! We can feel hope and joy flood our hearts and we are filled with anticipation for goodness.
For some there will be a passion for gardening while for others it will be a lust for wandering. The vital ingredient is to be outside breathing in fresh air and connecting with the season of spring. We are newly energized with a sense of freedom in our thoughts, words, and deeds.
We can imagine ourselves as a house, throwing open windows, eliminating built up trash, and stimulating new arrangements. This is our new chance for change, and we must choose to take action. Get outside and dream or be still noticing flowing ideas. When we trust enough to open our hearts, a new season begins.
