"See for yourself what brings contentment, clarity and peace."
Gautama Buddha
A single nugget of wisdom drops into our mind, and our body responds with resonance. We awaken to possibility and excitement. Then our mind begins to swirl and doubt introduces itself. The brilliance becomes tarnished and our energy becomes diverted. Eventually, there is no room for the survival of original thought.
Our mind fills with such chaotic chatter, especially when we prematurely share the wisdom with others. We may find ourselves overwhelmed by these outside opinions which lead us even farther from original intentions. We neglect to listen to our own heart to recapture the initial moment.
We are regularly flooded with inspiration from various resources. All of our senses are impacted, but too often we simply are not paying attention. Brilliance is snuffed out prior to its time to shine. If wisdom were a bird, it would sit upon our head waiting for the monkey mind to eliminate the criticisms and allow dreams, visions, and gifts to flow.
