Application of What We Know

"Please remember it is what you are that heals,
not what you know."
Carl Jung

The interconnection between body, mind, and spirit is highly documented by many professionals in science, psychology and spirituality.  The mental disruptions within our minds, trigger dis-ease in our bodies.  If we are not spiritually connected with a higher dimension of support, we can sink into the depths of depression and illness.

Like a garden not tended, our inner strengths can dissipate with the arrival of a storm.  If our roots are not deeply planted we can easily succumb to the challenges we face.  We may be steeped in wisdom, but if we cannot apply what we know, we will falter.

Negative perceptions accumulated over time can distort our reality impacting us physically.  Our bodies listen to everything we say and takes our comments at face value.  One of the best practices to have is to envision ourselves as our body being strong and healthy.  We can picture our lovely body, covering it with love and light from top to bottom.  Our intention can be of health and strength  ... body, mind, and soul!
