Where We Really Do Not Want To Be

"Once you know yourself as the light, you will find that inner peace
dominates every situation.  It's not that you will never feel fear,
anxiety, or anger, but you will no longer get lost in your pain."
Panache Desai

Planetary positions can trigger extreme emotions whether they be exhilarating or depressing.  Life can be unfolding very nicely, but out of no where static and disturbance create a bumpier ride.  When we are aware of how collective consciousness impacts us, we can more easily be prepared to sustain balance.

Recognizing unidentifiable stress or erratic moods, we can pull back, understanding these patterns are not ours.  We are capable of  just letting them pass through without taking control.  We may experience a very dark thought in opposition to every thing we believe, and find comfort in knowing it is not 'ours',  but something you have just picked up on.   Do not invest energy allowing it to grow heavier. Simply, let it go.

If we ground our lovely selves every day, we can maintain our inner peace and only momentarily be pulled out of our peaceful experience.  Know in the body, mind, and soul that pain is part of life and cannot be side stepped; however, we are goodness and light which assists us in not getting stuck where we really don't want to be.
