"Essential that we care for our unique body
as a carrier of life magically forming within
us as we make it through our days."
Mark Nepo
If we imagine a small unborn child gently placed within our womb with the acceptance of responsibility to nurture, heal, and grow, we would begin the process of healing our personal wounds. Surviving our life story, we instinctively know how to fill this bundle with love.
There is a need for us to tend to our bodies with feet rooting down into the earth and arms reaching towards the heavens. There is great importance to tend to the spiritual seed within struggling to survive integrated and whole. These needs must be met to reach our glow.
In meditation, I found my hands resting on my belly and quietly humming a made up song from rocking my babies. A tenderness returned to my voice, and I could feel myself calming down. I could sense hope awakening as it had been sleeping for a length of time. Pouring my love into this inner spark of life, I knew I could continue on. I could face more days with this splendid force within me
