Available for Revisions

"Trust your inner knowing, the quiet nudge, that gut feeling that guides you."
Pamela Hoopes

When revelations occur, there may not be a trusted friend by your side to share in your newly attained wisdom. It may be weeks prior to the next therapy appointment while new insights weigh you down. There are situations where your inner thoughts need to be released in a timely way or run the risk of forgetting what has been learned.

You do not have to be skilled in writing to keep a journal. It is a place that accommodates scribbles, phrases, and irregular punctuation. Full sentences are not required. Creating an entire thought may not happen. Jotting down random comments, one immediately following the other, can lead you to deep discoveries.

When you ask for information, answers quietly arrive floating in our imagination. What better way to link random insights than writing them down. When revisited, you will find a common thread being woven throughout several spontaneous scribbles. A journal can be an extension of yourself, kept private and available for revisions.
