"Change your thoughts and you change your world."
Norman Vincent Peale
How do the words "I changed my mind," make you feel? It matters not what you are thinking about, just experience the movement inside of you. Do you get frightened, elated, or feel free? An overactive mind can mislead us especially when we are not mindful of the constant trivia repeating in our thought patterns.
Say it out loud, "I've changed my mind." Now, where might you like to implement this? Where would it be most freeing ... professionally, personally, or spiritually? Perhaps explore where exactly you would like to apply this. Would it be in regard to a decision you have made or more importantly not made?
There is liberation in experimenting with thoughts of change in our imaginative minds. Where are you, who are you with, what would you most like to say? There is no reason to wait for change to happen to us. It is more productive for us to initiate the change we desire. There is the saying, "Be the change you want to see."
