"Don't worry if you're making waves just by being yourself.
The moon does it all the time."
Scott Stabile
If we pay any attention to movement around us, it is noticeable when the energy shifts. Whether it is a youngster pitching a fit or a businessman bouncing his leg, frequencies are altered around us. When we look up at the full moon, automatically, we remember that vibrations are speeding up!
In the darkness of the room, our attention is drawn to the window where the moon is trying to shine in. It beckons us, pulls our dark thoughts into its light. We feel a churning in our belly knowing that change is being called forth. Our movement, whether thought or deed, becomes active.
During the full moon, these unsettled issues present themselves with increased activity. They are tired of being pushed down. Perhaps they decide to push back, demanding attention to create resolve. It can be quite lonely in the dark, so carry what is heavy in the heart into the light of the moon. Perhaps then things won't appear to be quite so bad.
