"Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become your
actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits as they become
character. Watch your character, it becomes your destiny."
Frank Jackson
Our thoughts are not necessarily true, so we need to use caution and perhaps filters. If shared with others, we need to hold ourselves open to differing opinions or insights. All of this contributes to who we become and how we impact others. Perhaps it is best to build our bridges composed of various segments.
The thought might appeal that our passages offer differing rocks to be gathered in forming these bridges. Do we want rigid formation or artistic curves reflecting our ability to bend adjusting the speed of learning? We can choose a fast jetway straight ahead or build angles slowing our pace with otherwise overlooked scenery.
The shape of our bridge contains who we choose to become. It is formed by our thoughts, words, and deeds, not just by outside documented information. This is why we must hold ourselves accountable for the information we keep. Knowledge is formed by the processing of all that we seek.
