"Feminism is the radical notion that
women are people."
Marie Shear
In numerous cultures, each person contains a masculine side (doing) and a feminine side (being). The masculine side is our right side and the left side is the feminine side. So individuals contain a masculine and a feminine side within one body.
The masculine side is active and gets things done through physical labor or from forceful aggression. They have a desire for power and control over others. The feminine side is more emotional, understanding and perceptive. She desires power to create her own creation and not to be dominated or have control over others. Example being: a man at work uses his masculine side whereas at home he may use his feminine side.
The goal is be skilled in both sides of the body, being aligned, easily functioning from either side depending upon the situation. Men are not the masters and women are not the servants. The beauty in life grows radiant when the man and women work together, blending their parts for the betterment of all people.
