Align the Interior Self with the Exterior Self

"It's not the years,
it's the experience."

We deliberately strive to create a professional image, life style and reputation, but often this leaves us with a sense of emptiness or falsehood.  The images we creatively project perhaps are aspects of ourselves, but these might not include pieces of our authentic self.

When we are able to project both our inner and outer selves, there will be a greater sense of authentic living.  We no longer expect our lovely selves to act one way professionally and a different way privately.  When we learn to combine all parts of our selves, life experience is enhanced.

When we are aligned, managing to be the same person no matter where we are, there is a greater comfort as anxiety and stress tend to fall away.  There is strength in being our original self when being in the presence of anyone.  There is no pressure to remember how we are supposed to be or what we have previously claimed.  Confident, we simply allow ourselves to be.
