The Roots of Kindness

"Travel changes you.  As you move through this life and this world
you change things slightly, you leave marks behind, however small.
And in return, life ~ and travel ~ leaves marks on you."
Anthony Bourdain

When our hearts open with an awareness of all living things, we cannot help but engage with respect and honor for diversity.  If our actions come from compassion, we will be elevating the consciousness of the world.  Each of us are called to be a living example of loving kindness to ourselves and to others.

We are made of energy and there is power in our thoughts.  Be aware of the human being standing beside us as our vibration enters their field of energy.  Are we extending warmth, judgment, or total disregard?  We are called to be a reflection of how we want see our world.

If we figuratively join hands in assisting others, the compassion shared will impact those surrounding us as well as across the world.  We must not leave the task of peace to education, religion or government.  We are all responsible for our little corner of the world.  Each of us need to tend to our own gardens so the roots of kindness will grow.
