Wither on the Olive Branch

Building a career absorbs our energy with little remaining for personal needs.  If we persevere, however, and manage to nourish our body, mind, and soul with whatever bits of time we have, we will eventually reach balance.  The same is true for those dedicated to his or her family, investing  all time and energy into others.

If we do not nurture our lovely selves, we will not be able to address our work or family appropriately displaying our personal passion and uplifting spirit.  We will wither on the olive branch we extend for lack of personal soothing.

Eventually, with determination, we arrive at the point of integration which allows us to be whom we are wherever we are.  We no longer play one role in public and a different one in private.  Strive to be authentic, not perfect and become one with the body, mind and spirit.
