Invest in Personal Experiment

"May every moon hold peace,
Every sunshine hold promise,
And every cloud hold dreams."

Emma Mildon

Resources refer to body language as a sign of our emotional state.  A person walking down a street with his or her eyes cast down may be experiencing sadness.  An individual walking down the same street may be smiling at every stranger reflecting a degree of happiness.  The person gazing up towards the sky while walking down the street is more than likely very uplifted, hopeful, and spiritually oriented.

There is no way of knowing if the above has been statistically proven, but there is an element of belief to it.  Our moods are reinforced by our actions and thoughts.  If we are expecting to have a good day, maintain the expectation, and embrace challenges as lessons, we more than likely will have a productive day.  The opposite which would be walking under a cloud, expecting the worst, attracts the darkness we expect.  We close our selves off, missing opportunities, and escaping healthy exchanges capable of changing a moment, a day, or a life time.

In some ways, we exert the same amount of energy whether we are negatively orientated or positively focused.  Does it not then make sense to line our days with affirmations, gratefulness, and thanksgiving?  How different our lives might be if we lived our day with encouragement in our hearts rather than judgment?  Just for one day, invest in a personal experiment.  Change an attitude, create an intention, and see the brilliance of life surrounding you.
