Visualizing Dreams

"When you move toward a dream, it moves toward you."
The Universe

Dreaming is not exclusive to the young of heart. It is not just for magical childhood imagination. It is for young and old alike. For instance, it is easy to recall Martin Luther King, Jr's quotes, "I have a dream ... " and later "I still have a dream." In spite of violence and disrespect of the highest degree, he never lost sight of his dream.

Granted, some dreams may be superficial, but we gain joyful pleasure in thinking about them. Our life flows when we have things to look forward to regardless of being unrealistic or a true possibility. Our minds can be such a jumble, anyway, so why not throw in some lofty thoughts intended for amusement.

Decades ago, Norman Vincent Peale wrote a book entitled, "The Power of Positive Thinking". His work reflected positive outcomes when people held specific dream scenarios, visiting them throughout the day while taking action within the visualization. Participants improved mentally, physically, and spiritually. Why not give it a try!
