"You can't see your reflection in churning waters. Water must be still to see your reflection." Karen Hanrtze Susman
We tend to spend an absorbent amount of time adjusting and adapting when it would be more beneficial if we administered positive action. In order to decipher what is best for us, we must grow still and listen to what messages we hear. Our intimate wisdom can lead us more directly than documented resources.
Applying regulated formulas may work for a period of time, but if they are not personally aligned, the extent of correction will not last nor bring peace. We can experience heartfelt change if we stop enduring and pushing. Being still to experience inner guidance can propel us forward in alignment with our body, mind, and soul.
When we are in discord, the waters are choppy and distort our perceptions. We need to believe in ourselves and discover what resonates within us. Then other resources can complement the plan. We have choice ... remain in a speed boat or slip into a canoe for calmer review.
