It is rather intriguing to listen to friends explain who they meant to be and who they have become. Some unfolding stories are hilarious while others are heart breaking. The story teller may have developed physical strength along the way, while others corrected dysfunctional patterns.
There are few people who can report having perfect parents, spectacular childhoods, and easy financial outcome. In fact, unless they are a stage actor, they most likely are not being truthful.
We tend to harbor the pain accumulated throughout our journey, but honestly, it is too heavy to carry. Put it down. Let it go. Lighten the load, cleanse the host, and fill with positive choosing. Follow who we were intended to be .... the image will grow.
