Personal Corruption

"Adaptation without corruption is the key to personal power."
Lujan Matus

When water stands still, it can become stagnant.  Even if movement is just a trickle, the flow remains continuous.  Water can reach a sudden drop off, turning into a beautiful waterfall.  All things living are impacted by movement, whether anticipated or not.

As human beings, we are constantly faced with change which can be slow in coming or rampant with power.  The importance of change is how we personally deal with it.  Do we put our energy into building a dam to block change or do we cautiously flow with it?  Human behavior, ideally, will adjust to the change without change impeding our depth of learning.

Personal corruption is when we dishonor or avoid our core beliefs.  If we allow ourselves to be bought or initiate harm towards one other, are we not a criminal?  With each choice of personal corruption, we do not gain power, but weaken our core.
