"if she really believed it ...
if she really trusted it ...
well, then
it was time she really lived it."

The first step is to recognize our individuality as being blocked. The second step is to unwrap thoughts and practices we have long outgrown. The third step is to expose the self to diversity to challenge what is stored in the soul.
We cannot hope to become a fully spiritual person without clearing out forgotten debris as well as ancient negative reflections. Once we find acceptance, heal, and ultimately let go, we are cleansed in preparation for alignment between the chakras and our spiritual heritage.
None of this is easy and often the lessons resurface and must be resolved again on a higher plain. The destination of breaking through our false foundation, may be long, but exceptionally worthy of the elevation of true sight. With our roots firmly placed down into the ground and our desires reaching up for higher communication, we discover a life well worth living.
