Choose Love

"What would love do?"
Neale Donald Walsch

Wounded people hurt us and an automatic reaction often times is anger. When we remember, however, that anger is a secondary emotion, we can uncover the original feeling just prior to the anger.  It is this first emotional reaction that is unbearable, propelling us forward into anger. We lash out rather than choosing to expose our innermost feelings with love.

When we lash out in pain, we extend the distance between healing and resolve. We push down our suffering which then festers and increases intensity. The original issue at hand may get buried beneath newly existing judgment. Perhaps even competition enters the battling arena losing focus on what was initially at hand.

If we hold love as our center, we can find words to reflect torment. Speaking our truth of how we have been blind sided or emotionally impacted will keep communication flowing. It may not change the outcome, but the sense of self will remain true. Love does not hate, injure or sacrifice others. Hateful reactions pull us out of our loving center.

What Will It Be?

"The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery,
but a process of creation.'
Neale Donald Walsch

Choose to step out of your comfort zone, attracting new opportunities to trigger a sense of excitement. While you explore what resides outside of a designated routine, the mind opens to fresh beginnings.

It is imperative to expose your lovely self to new surroundings. Creativity expands when you move into a new scenario. When your body steps out of habitual behavior, the mind ceases to be on automatic pilot.

When you hold yourself accountable, you are no longer waiting for life to happen. After exploring the heart's desire, you take action, seeking what will bring joy into a lack luster daily existence. It's up to you, what will it be?

Jewel At Core

"For none of us should swallow whole the truths of another,
but rather, allow the sharing of those truths to clear a path
and open a dialogue that leads us to our own truth."
Neale Donald Walsch

We are not forced to disregard nor take to heart any information being shared, but each exchange is an opportunity for growth and development.  Knowledge is the catalyst for expansion, moving us deeper into a direction or leading us to a distinct opposite destination.  Movement is the key to truth, challenging and redefining what we think we know.

In our current level of thinking, there are particles of truth we obtained as children.  We may have gathered biased information as elements of truth, and especially if  we were nonverbal without history to base our interpretations.  This is how our truths are shaped and distorted without conscious awareness.

Without examination, our truths become discolored and tainted.  The jewel in our wisdom is discovered once it has been gently examined and refined.  When clarified truth resides at our core,  life is expanded into more than just living.
