Courageously, the sun pushes itself above the horizon for all to see. The piercing radiance easily captivates attention. It sets the example of moving forward without knowing what the day will bring. Later, the sun falls into the horizon with peaceful grace and awe-inspiring beauty bringing closure to the day.
It is easy to forget about the long passage the sun travels throughout the day. Frequently, it is confronted with inclement weather passing above and below. Still, it carries on. The sun may require bravery to stay the course and trust it will arrive at its destination with perfect timing and flow.
It makes one wonder what it would take for humans to duplicate this steadiness of pace. Could we masterfully collect bravery and courage while trusting in our progress sight unseen? Maybe chaos would be minimized and anxiety diminished. Trust and consistency may be the answer to radiant peace.
