Dismantle

"Change is inevitable. Growth is optional."
John. C. Maxwell

Whether change is an invited guest or an unexpected intrusion, we choose our response. We can ignore or minimize, but it will return stronger for our attention. Even if we welcome and embrace change, consequences can be shattering. Dismissing right or wrong, fair or unfair, we can choose to use our energy by staying the course.

If something presents in front of us, it is for a reason. If we do not explore the challenge, it will simply return in a different guise. Life persists and there is a need to configure how to proceed with broad observation. Gently dismantle the configuration while creating forward movement addressing the change.

Once we fuel our ability to change, there is less threat and more curiosity. As we slowly adapt to new ways, we will build momentum in believing in ourselves and feel less challenged by others. Perceptions broaden and diversity is no longer threatening. Change offers the opportunity to become more of who we were always meant to be.
