Book of Life ...

"Every day in every way we are leaving a mark."
Rachael Bermingham

We gather knowledge as innocently as we breathe. All of our senses are prepared to feed insight into our awareness. In order to expand, however, we must turn to resources that will either enforce or challenge our thinking. Our perceptions are reflected out into the world, so one must be mindful.

Like a hard backed book, people will peer inside to discover who we are. Some will skip chapters missing our continuity in growth. Others will skim, lacking any deep desire to know who we are in depth. It is no surprise that we may need a second edition to modify our original work or author an entirely new book to reflect who we have become.

Even the written word can be misunderstood. Wonder how often an author states, "That is not what I meant at all!" But as we make entries across our book of life, we may surprise ourselves by what we say and do. We change both inside and outside which is a very good thing. Process continues until the ending of the last chapter, so be diligent.
