When a tree falls across a road, there are numerous options. One can try to walk around it, crawl over it or cut through it. When a situation erupts and dismantles our life, we must not be frozen by fear. We must take the time to consider options without over reacting or ignoring reality. There are so many things we cannot control. and we may find ourselves at the mercy of others. We may even need to engage with professionals. However, when we can shift our perspective to believing that change will propel us forward into healthier scenarios, we begin to channel positive energy towards our newly awaiting goal.
