Journey in Human Form

"Underneath my outside face
There's a face that none can see.
A little less smiley,
A little less sure,
But a whole lot more like me."
Shel Silverstein

Today I celebrate my birth as I mentally cascade back across many years. It is interesting to note that no matter my age or given situation, there was an inner ageless portion of me with a heightened perception. It was a spiritual component that I falsely assumed everyone had within them.

Although my yearning was always about being seen, I hid myself by focusing on those who were present before me. The assumption was that others desired the same recognition. Listening to life experiences gave me a basis for understanding the person both hidden and stifled. It cultivated compassion and deep connection within me.

Other than my four children, the greatest impact on my life has been that of energy work. It has given me the ability to shine light on others, either randomly or specifically. It is sharing energy with them to be used at their discretion. This light amongst us all is the weaving that holds us together as we journey in this human form.  Blessings, indeed.

Up in Smoke

"I sat with my fear and asked why it controlled me.
It said, "Because I'm the part of you that's still waiting to feel safe."
Mike Pinsker

There are times we may need to let things burn to the ground and go up in smoke before we are willing to let go. We live under the illusion that life is happening to us, rather than recognizing our abilities to control our experience. Fear perpetuates the need to hide ourselves which deprives us of the life we are meant to be living.

Unexpectedly, emotions may surface and overwhelm us. We may be in a quandary as to why they are rearing their ugly heads. If we stop to see the connection with the current emotion to our past experiences, we can begin the process of healing. We cannot afford to wait for some outside miracle to cure us. We must be the cure.

When we begin to feel safe and worthy, a shift begins. If we develop healthy ways of treating our lovely selves, perspectives change. Once trust is established, personal power increases and feelings of fear subside. We learn the significance of investing in ourselves, believing in our ability to create a healthy and happy existence.

Minimizing Fear

"Mastering oneself makes you fearless."
Lao Tzu

Seeking mastery over one other is a false investment. Simple respect and understanding aught to be rendered to others, as one wishes this for himself or herself. Rather than seeking outside acceptance, deep dives within to discover personal strength and spiritual guidance is priceless and heightens the quality of life.

When we discover and enhance our skills, navigation forward has full force. There are no distractions from outside forces. Yes, we must be aware of our surroundings, both mental and physical, but not diverted by them. We can greet others along the way, but respect can be given to them without investing.

Disruption inevitably will come our way, but with awareness of our inner strengths, we know we will find our path forward. Cultivating constant rapport with our heart's desire, we will be less likely to lose our way. When we are fully aware of our intentions and master our skills to meet them, fear becomes minimized.

Entering the Quiet

"Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way
of entering into the quiet that is already there ~ buried under
the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day."
Deepak Chopra

Meditation is a safe space where anxiety and depression are lessened if not paused. We are able to experience a oneness that can be shared by all. It can be challenging to let go of human identity which allows us this meditative experience of simply 'being'. One does not need a guru or specific temple to be present with the meditative self.

When quietly going within, we can experience a true sense of self where we can regain clarity. All busyness falls away, allowing inspiration to speak quietly to us. Guidance can be sensed and we feel restored. It prepares us for the given moment, the content of another day, or projected future.

Thoughts will ebb and flow while we continue with conscious breathing. We become anchored within while establishing this connection or communication. This is freely offered to us whether we have thirty minutes or ten. The more meditation is practiced, the deeper the experience becomes.

Designing Life

"The good life is a process, not a state of being.
It is a direction, not a destination."
Carl Rogers

There have been exceptional artists and scientists that have had abbreviated lives, but left powerful imprints. This would be reason enough to stay in the moment, creating to the the best of our abilities. With the set of tools before us, we can make a mark in this world that may not be recognized for years to come.

Regarding life as a process, what we accomplish today may stand alone or be improved upon with forward movement. It would seem that reserving our desires for some magical retirement age is a waste of time and a risk. When we carefully and creatively breath in life with every step, an enhanced life is developed.

We are not all artists, but we have choice as to how we design our lives. Our creative spirit differs from person to person. It is through personal choosing that a deeper meaning begins to flow through our lives. In this given moment, stimulate a portion of the self that will trigger self-realization and joy!

Stepping Out ...

"When we connect with others on a deep level, we find purpose and
meaning in our relationships."
Erik Qualman

Even in the best relationships, we may not be aware of a friend's inner passage that has been traveled or the fork in the road awaiting decision. We have not seen with his or her eyes so our best choice is to listen and not advise. Our role is to be present and to learn from those we love as well as those whom we do not understand.

It is with reason that our paths cross with a variety of people. They are not there by accident, but with messages or lessons. Rather than labeling, we can be inquisitive, wondering what we may learn. It is not about approval or disapproval, but rather about the purpose they have in your life, either great or small.

We must allow ourselves to be vulnerable to receive what is at hand. When we open our hearts, authentic gifts allow us to expand. If we reach out, connection widens and diversity presents itself. We need to step out of our comfort zone and remove our preconceived ideas to experience life on a deeper and more meaningful level.

Expanding Options

"We must learn to explore all the options and possibilities
that confront us in a complex and rapidly changing world."
James William Fulbright

In grade school, life was reflected to me through friendships with Irish Catholic city dwellers living in apartment buildings. At the college prep academy, I was surrounded by exceptionally wealthy suburb dwellers. In college, I was greeted with diversity where I could carve out the person I wanted to be.

When we are willing to be a verb (action) rather than a noun (stationary), experiences present us with numerous options. We can choose not only the life we want to live, but also how we want to live it. When we are able to stay true to ourselves no matter the circumstances, we live more authentic lives.

When we expose ourselves to diversity, lessons multiply displaying unsuspected scenarios and various personalities. Perhaps this builds compassion and greater understanding as we can only truly understand situations by standing in someone else's shoes. To comprehend differences in body, mind, and soul, the tendency to criticize and judge begin to fade.

Increased Sense of Belonging

"We don't heal in isolation, but in community."
S. Kelley Harrel

Summertime offers endless options to be present in the community. There are art fairs, music concerts, farmers markets, garden shows and other various community offerings. No one needs a companion or a special invitation.  Just deciding to go and actually showing up can be the hardest challenge.

With a collapsable chair slung over shoulder, attend an out door music festival with food vendors and side exhibits. Simply settle in and watch the people wander by as the music relaxes the whole body. Observe young families with little ones, sweet older couples, and the youthful energy and dress of teens. Diversity abounds.

While casually watching, there can be sightings of people we have not seen in a long time and we can choose to simply monitor or attract their attention.  We may strike up a conversation with people sitting near by through politeness or shared laughter.  Just being in the midst of a community gathering increases our sense of belonging.

Up the Staircase

"Everything that irritates us about others can lead us
to an understanding of ourselves."
C.G. Jung

Life can be like climbing a staircase. It may be highly decorative which can cause us to be distracted or slip and fall. We may even retrace our steps, moving back down to reenforce a lesson before continuing our climb. The farther we ascend, the better our perspective. We must have a willingness to be flexible and open minded.

Each one of us needs to recognize authenticity in the self and in others. As we climb, each step holds knowledge for us to take in and apply. We discern inward, as to how it applies to us personally. Others loitering on the staircase trigger us, but it is truly not about them. They are creating scenario for us to develop and expand.

As we climb upwards, we no longer have the need to judge or criticize. Our energy is invested in understanding. Our movement engages the body, mind, and spirit so that we may experience oneness and be aligned. So do not be discouraged when stuck in place as it is only temporary. Find balance and be willing to move upwards into a better sense of self.

Pop Up!

"Write down the thoughts of the moment. Those that
come unsought for are commonly the most valuable."
Francis Bacon

Post it notes continuously pop up throughout our day, trying to get our attention. They arrive in numerous forms to either be seen, heard, felt, breathing or all of them simultaneously. These pieces may appear when we are in the middle of a task, but by quickly jotting them down for later use, the message will be reenforced.

At the onset, we may think something is odd or somewhat off, but that is to get our attention. There are individual memos, but when pieced together, there can be an array of information.  No writing skills are required as simply jotting down the gist helps the memory to retain the information.

We may see a stranger who reminds us of someone. There may be a lyric to a song that validates current decisions. Casual physical contact may trigger repressed feelings we have been ignoring. Making quick notes throughout the day will increase recall. At the end of the day reviewing what was jotted down, a significant message appears.

Overgrown Weeds

"Your minds may now be likened to a garden, which will,
if neglected, yield only weeds and thistles; but if cultivated,
will produce the most beautiful flowers and most delicious fruits.
Dorothea Dix

My mind is like a garden of weeds after a heavy rain. An endless overgrowth of random thoughts and emotions pop up. There is limited space to breathe let alone room to proceed. In spite of being mindful, negativity germinates spreading deep roots into my safe space. I must remove this proliferation before it settles in.

It is difficult to follow my path when I allow life to get in the way. The excess of a heavy presence darkens where I need to go. The view of what is yet to come becomes hidden and I can easily lose my way. I search for the light found in positive thinking which ultimately leads me back upon my chosen path.

Encouragement is lavished as I begin to see the small beauty on either side of me. Little sprouts remind me that I must push forward. Heavenly blossoms generate a freshness promising clarity around the bend. The birds sing songs offering creative speculation in rhyme and verse. My inner spirit soars as it is free once again.

Clouds in the Sky

"A pessimist sees only the dark side of the clouds and mopes;
a philosopher sees both sides and shrugs; an optimist doesn't
see the clouds at all ... he's walking on them."
Leonard Louis Levinson

Beautiful lofty clouds float by with a hidden dark cloud clinging inside. This is so like life which is filled with hope and dreams, interrupted by challenge. It is interesting how the cloud continues forward, taking the dark inner mass in stride. It is said, we cannot fully appreciate the light without the presence of the dark.

When we catch a glimpse of a perspective hidden cloud, we have choice. We can either invest our energy laced with fear or gracefully acknowledge the looming presence. Let it continue to float, believing deeply in the personal ability to face any approaching task. Be patient for the wisdom to unfold.

While waiting for a challenge to fully unfold, we can use music to calm our anxiety or random moments for quick visualization. As we continue to remain aware, reach out to a trusted friend or unleash troubling emotions into a journal. Engage in a physical activity which will enhance sleep. Remain moveable like the clouds in the sky.

In Search of Higher Ground

"Most people follow the path wherever it leads them.
Others hack their own way through the brush and
always seem to end up on higher ground."
P.B. Ryan

There is appreciation for those who excel in life, reaching the upper layer of success. Unfortunately, this passage too often comes at the cost to others whether family or fellow employees. Admiration is given to those who veer off the beaten path, using expertise to include and advance others.

The question arises as to which definition of success is utilized? Is it arriving at the top rung of the ladder or is it alignment with skills and passion. Perhaps it is both. A more personal assessment might be how close a person comes to using his or her gifts to the highest potential.

Narrowing this even further, no matter how successful one appears to others, exactly how content is one with the self? Is there a sense of pride in accomplishments that have included others? Have the achievements taken the tone of 'we' instead of 'I'? Perhaps the higher ground is where everyone thrives together.

Limited Reflections

"Your life is a reflection of your thoughts. If you change
your thinking, you change your life."
Brian Tracy

When we choose to identify with limitations and past failures, the outcome will fall short of what it could be. Negative thinking restricts our success. The sad part is half of the time, we are totally unaware of our negative mind chatter. Totally uncensored, our criticism of the self runs rampant. We judge ourselves, often times cruelly.

If we choose to listen to our heart rather than the ego, life would be more fulfilling. If we believed in ourselves and opened to options, loneliness would dissipate. The image of our self that we hold in our mind is selective, not fairly showing the whole scape of capabilities. It is restrictive and debilitating.

Make a list of unique traits. Keep it in a journal or on the phone to view often. The heart is aware of these strengths and the more we remind ourselves, the faster we will stretch into a happier state of being. The only thing standing in the way of expansion is the self. Get out of the way and lead with the heart.

Gut Instinct

"Never ignore a gut feeling, but never believe it's enough."
Robert Heller

There is a little nudge in our belly when faced with a life situations, and it is referred to as a gut reaction. It can vary from slight movement to a full blown upheaval. When this happens, we need to pay attention, prior to taking immediate action. We need to explore why we are having this response to determine if it is caution or encouragement.

We can begin by noticing this guidance in small every day situations. This will build our confidence, preparing us for challenging decisions. The key to this guidance is gathering more information and questioning why it is occurring. When we understand our reactions, we move through life with more confidence and accuracy.

When we experience a stirring in our belly, it should prompt us to dig deeper or at the very least pay attention to what is unfolding. It may be alerting us to a new opportunity that could be expanded. If it is obvious that something is wrong, then evaluate what is truly unfolding and what action would be best advised. Simply pay attention.

Increase Positive Outcome

"To bring anything into your life, imagine it's already there."
Richard Bach

The body believes everything we say. If we say we are sick, the body responds physically. If we say we are clumsy, our body will work towards that as well. But if we hold a positive image in our mind, the body, mind and spirit join forces. When we align positive thoughts with affirmations, our spirits are lifted and inspiration thrives.

Whenever starting anything new, holding an image of the self successfully interacting will increase the outcome. While seeing this picture clearly in the mind, we can take slow deep breaths that spread throughout the body. Experiencing this sense of calm will help propel us forward to create and embrace positive outcome.

When we do not have a specific image, simply let a favorite color permeate the body. Breathe it in, allowing it to flow from the top of the head to the bottoms of the feet. Experience the feeling of calm and connection. Allow this calm to surround the outside of the body as well. Carry this peaceful image throughout the day.

To Be An American

"Our flag honors those who have fought to protect it, and a reminder of
the sacrifice of our nation's founders and heroes."
Joe Barton

Flag Day reminds me of my friends who were killed in the Vietnam War. It also brings to mind those dear to me who returned with terrible adjustment issues both mental and physical. It is also a time to recall the lack of resources for these brave souls. In my heart, I fear nothing has changed at all.

Dark clouds seem to be floating across America. I do not personally identify with politics, but I am concerned about the chaos and hatred created by limited justice. It seems that issues are recurring just like years ago, except our country was respected then. I have no memory of America ridiculing others.

The sun continues to peek through the clouds, and I remain hopeful that the damages being done can be rectified. I want to look into the sweet faces of my grandchildren, knowing that the country will provide them with justice and equality. I want them to know what it is like to be a proud American embracing the world with honor and respect.

Stepping Out

"A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing grows there."
John Assaraf

A comfort zone is important for our body, mind and soul. It provides a sense of safety and peaceful rest. If we restrict ourselves, however, not venturing outside of our safe space, experiences are limited. Overcoming the need to control all of life, we can avail ourselves to new opportunities.

Too much of life passes us by if we wait for a specific time when we feel completely prepared for expansion. It can be frightening to step out into the unknown, but the benefits can out weigh any hesitancy. We can begin with small changes in daily routines or specific habits. If we speak kindly to ourselves, curiosity overcomes anxiety.

Visit a new coffee shop, greet strangers with a smile, and be willing to hold the self open to random conversations. Use intuitive guidance rather than intelligence while seeking new experiences. Recognizing emotional wisdom and what resonates within, we will be led to additional ways of broadening our life purpose.

Dream Content

"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
Eleanor Roosevelt

Human beings dream every single night anywhere between four to six dreams. They are an expression of what we are avoiding, striving for or unsuspected projections. They are messages to us about subject matter that we are not comprehending during waking hours. Dreams are a form of communication.

Unfortunately, we do not pay attention to the fleeting memories upon awakening. We may dismiss them as fantasy or senseless gibberish.  If we would take the time to explore images or conversations that hold personal meaning to us, our day time perceptions would flourish providing new insight and direction.

When we form our own dream dictionary, life takes on new meaning. Hope returns and possibilities soar. Even nightmares have messages about what we have been repressing out of fear. Dream content is symbolic and extremely helpful in building a deeper connection to our most beautiful inner self.

Full Moon Expectations

"As the full moon illuminates the night sky,
it also illuminates the deepest parts of our souls."
Quotesanity

Both professionally and personally, I have been aware of the impact of the full moon. The vibrations are stronger and emotions feel increasingly intense. It is no wonder behaviors and dreams become vibrantly present. The full moon is a beacon, alerting us that a cycle is ending and chaos needs to be calmed.

The full moon shines brightly as though it is bringing clarity to our confused state. It encourages us to transform by giving up what isn't beneficial and seeking new horizons. With heightened energy, we may become more creative releasing pent up feelings. Our passion thrives for expression as it unites with our soul.

We may spend all month pulling ideas together and exploring new horizons. We may pass or fail, but life doesn't simply stand silently by. At the end of the lunar cycle, the full moon demands we pull all of our gatherings together and apply them under the scrutiny of the illuminating light from above.

Between the Folds

"I like it when the deeper you go with the character,
the more you see the layers start to peel away."
Edward Norton

Superficial exchanges do not interest me. I like deeper conversations embedded with integrity and respected boundaries. Body language is the first indicator showing if the words are supported by physical reactions. A tone of voice is an important element, but facial expression is highly resourceful.

As I listen to what is being shared, important facts are collected. I want to be able to feed them back in different wording. The person will feel seen and heard. By doing this, a deeper understanding is shared. It is a way of investing in each other, leading to a communication style that binds friends while honoring emotions.

Over the years, layers of emotion are buried, some deeper than others. Gently unfolding the fabric of experience allows light and air for new perception. It is within the creases that healing is most desired. Holding safe space allows disclosure without judgment or disgrace. It is within these boundaries that I find souls teaching me kindness and grace.

Don't Give Up!

"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close
they were to success when they gave up."
Thomas A. Edison

When a tree falls across a road, there are numerous options. One can try to walk around it, crawl over it or cut through it. Maybe a professional tree removal service is necessary. There is no reason, however, to stop navigating towards the destination. This of course is a metaphor for the way we live our lives.

When a situation erupts and dismantles our life, we must not be frozen by fear. We must take the time to consider options without over reacting or ignoring reality. We can explore the impact of various shifts and calmly evaluate what may be the best solution. Do not shut down! Remain open to what blessings may come.

There are so many things we cannot control. and we may find ourselves at the mercy of others. We may even  need to engage with professionals.  However, when we can shift our perspective to believing that change will propel us forward into healthier scenarios, we begin to channel positive energy towards our newly awaiting goal.

Beauty Abounds

"It is up to you to see the beauty of everyday things."
Love and Inspiration

Whether we live in a small studio apartment or a sprawling ranch house, it is important to have beauty surrounding us. It can be a piece of art, a rescued pet or a stack of favorite books. Then there is natural beauty found in the gentle descent of the sun or the graceful movement of the moon sliding across the starlit sky.

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so survey the surroundings. What draws your attention? When your eyes capture its presence, how does it make you feel? On the other hand, if you gaze around the area, and nothing strikes your interest, ask why not? Is it time to create a more nurturing space?

Beauty can easily  be discovered in a single flower, the face of a child, or raindrops dancing in the wind. There is beauty to be found in grandmother's antique quilt, in dad's old vinyl record collection or gazing out a window up into the sky. When we pay attention to what our eyes see, beauty abounds.

Not Helpful ...

"One who feels understood feels loved and
one who feels loved feels sure of being understood."
Paul Tournier

Catch yourself when you are feeling sorry for someone, as it is not helpful. Responding to someone as a victim, enhances his or her fear. When you can simply be present for someone, it allows a safe space for the person to share. The goal is to understand what is being said or what is unfolding.

Chances are good you cannot possibly totally understand what someone else is going through, but when you try to understand, the person feels seen. When you can reflect back to a person whatever it is they are sharing, you are helping them to return to personal power. Your body language and facial expression will speak volumes.

People seeking you out when they are in troubled times are really not expecting you to solve a problem. They are wanting to hear themselves speak out loud and for their words to be received. A person will feel a margin of relief by simply expressing inner struggles. To pity someone is not helpful, but compassion helps to heal.

Greeting Stars in the Night

"I would spend hours and hours gazing at the stars and
wondering, what's out there?"
Anousheh Ansari

Since early childhood, I have gazed at the stars. I have found peace there, just waiting for me. It is  not that I am seeking as much as it is about receiving. For me,  the miraculous sky is filled with a multitude of spiritual presence presenting as stars in the sky. It is as though they are looking down at me.

And when I hold myself still, my heart exchanges whispers with those souls hidden in the sky. They speak in the language of love which gently washes over me. When I lift my eyes up into the sky, I feel more at home than when my feet are forced down upon this ground. Tears often come as I am reminded there is no real separateness.

Allowed to think as I may, freely and uncensored, I know there is so much more to our souls. We are all complex beings having lived both before and after. There is no such thing as a true ending, as we go on forever. Alas, I will shine my light brightly into the darkness of the sky for all the stars to see.

Reserved Space

"We cannot search for the truth and for the way out of suffering
without the freedom to think, investigate, and experiment."
Yuval Noah Harari

There is a reserved space waiting for you. It is surrounded by all things you deem as beautiful. No one else is allowed and you are safely out of view. Regard your lovely self as being in a private paradise. Settle in, allowing all worries and responsibilities to gently fade away.

Within this chosen time and place, you are invited to quietly turn inward, lovingly taking inventory. A gentle breeze removes negative thinking, and carries away outdated mindsets. Your body sighs and settles in, as the mind explores recent sparks of interest. Curiosity increases and creativity escalates with clarity and vision.

Contemplating how to activate energy for dreams to come true, your most inner spirit fills the heart with excitement. At long last, you will unfold into who you truly want to be ... on your own terms and personal discretion. Knowing that you can always return, you are ready to leave this sacred space to make a new imprint upon your world.

Flow ...

"Fear, hatred, and suspicion narrow your mind ~
compassion opens it."
Dalai Lama

Life will always have an element of fear. It can be helpful and act like a boundary or open an awareness of uncertainty. Fear may trigger us so that we can tread a little more cautiously. It is important to recognize fear, but like any other emotion, it needs to be understood and not have power over us.

Where fear confines and restricts, causing withdrawal, kindness opens us and offers us connection with others.  It lifts our spirits and opens up deeper compassion for the self and for others. Our heart grows when fed by kind acts, resulting in components of healing and belonging.

Emotions are visitors and we can choose just how long they are welcome to stay. When we remember that we have choice, our mind remains open and speculative. We can observe the cause and effect of our actions or lack thereof. Exerting our personal power, life's rhythm becomes an ebb and flow. Choose kindness and watch the self flow.

Fitting In or Belonging ...

"The opposite of belonging is fitting in."
Brene Brown

Life's work is about discovering who we truly are without veils or misrepresentations. When we discontinue projecting who we are not and risk being seen as who we truly are, sincere belonging begins. It is in truly knowing who we are that strength abounds. When we fully accept ourselves, belonging is established at our core.

We have perhaps an angel hovering above us or maybe it is a spirit guide or termed the higher self. No matter what this spirit is called, engagement can propel us forward with confidence and accuracy. Developing this relationship minimizes our altered need to fit in as we learn to be happy with who we are and finally belong to the self.

Our culture asks us to claim just one label of classification, when in fact, we are extremely complex requiring multiple descriptions. We have a potpourri of offerings and do not have to alter the self in order to fit in. When we sincerely like who we are, we find others who have learned the same lesson and there is space for all to peacefully belong.

Remaining Brave

"She would risk it although she didn't know the outcome
because it was something worth being brave for."
Neus Figueras, Lorac

It is discouraging when others expect us to be the same person as we were years ago. We may be tempted to fall back into an old persona just to keep peace. It would be beneficial, however, if we gently stayed the course of who we have become. Leave others to their assumptions, while you continue to unfold.

When our destination is unknown or the present is not gently unraveling, it is important to remain brave and trust in the process of the Universe. There may be a slight sense of security if we remain the tight bud, but we are truly meant to open and release our unique fragrance into the world with grace.

Our growth process is filled with conflict so that we may not become complacent. Triggers generate new thinking, and a space to heal and release. The key is to notice the point of a lesson and then apply it to our life. There is no limit to what we can learn and there is not an age limit for spectacular unfolding.

And Just Like That!

"To respect a mystery is to make way for the answer."
Criss Jami

And just like that, it is June! We begin a new rotation filled with possibilities. We can speculate about what rewards we will have accumulated by the end of the month, but the true joy springs forth in mysterious surprises. We can  only be  amazed if we witness the  silent unfolding with appreciation.

As we allow our selves to gently move through a new month, nature thrives and feeds our soul. We are ripe for expansion filled with beauty and wonderment. Holding our lovely selves open, and unrestricted, life fully intends to show us its majestic flair. To be outside in the day light, we are nudged towards creative expansion.

Choosing to flow rather than race, opportunities abound for expansion whether in thought, word, or deed. While gathering what appears to be random,  we are selecting a bouquet of thoughts for inspiration. Instead of orchestrating a tightly knit summer schedule, be open to what the Universe passionately intends to deliver!
