Spiral Patterns

"Human behavior flows from three main sources:
desire, emotion and knowledge."
Plato

We mistakenly believe that our fluctuating moods are triggered by the weather, holidays, or life's extenuating challenges. Although these areas can contribute to our frame of mind, they are not the source of our behaviors. We have traveled in a spiral, repeatedly encountering our lessons, structured by our own perceptions.

It matters not how many lessons we have repeated, but rather how we apply the knowledge. Being a receptacle of wisdom without understanding the nuances, benefits no one. With desire, we seek that which will enhance our visions. Without repressing our emotions, true rapport with the self surfaces. It is with this awareness we choose our behaviors.

When we perceive ourselves as being limitless and magically supported by unforeseen circumstances, our actions can reach beyond expectations. When we foster healing emotions, and retain truthful perceptions, our experiences will keep our body and soul aligned, no matter what happens outside of us.
