Navigate the Road Honoring the Self

"Get yourself grounded and you can
navigate even the stormiest roads in peace."
Steve Goodier

When we change our perspective on our early life, we can heal in a healthy way.  We do not repress nor do we drag heavy baggage.  We release what once was to be replaced with what might be.  We honor what we have to offer in the present and allow our emotional roots to grow stronger.  The volume of our self-criticism is turned down and our positive energy attracts positive options.

If we can realize our unique gifts, we can additionally believe we are cushioned by unseen support.  It is about feeling worthy that we begin to experience a strength propelling us forward.  As we believe in our lovely selves, we are less distracted by chaos, drama, and emotional debris.  Our healthy roots seep deeply into the ground assisting us in facing the storms of life, for they will come.

To stand in the light of goodness does not guarantee avoidance of challenge.  No matter what path we walk, bumps and boulders appear.  The difference is in how we navigate the journey.  Do we want to go down life's path screaming and kicking or peacefully believing we will master the road?
