Avoid Engagement

If the body, mind and soul are not aligned, we become easily triggered which can challenge us.  When we are balanced, it is easier to deflect the negative and focus on the positive.  We can see the goodness in each person before us, giving no energy to judgment or to the need to fix anything.

Compassion towards another does not mean to become enmeshed in their drama.  We listen with respect, but maintain our own boundaries to keep us from overstepping into an arena where we are not meant to be.  Recognize the beauty in others without engaging in the dilemma.

How many unhealed emotions are living within us?  Is it time to let them go to make room for happiness, delight, and dreams?  If we are grounded and harsh thoughts surface, we can remain aligned and see no purpose in investing in what no longer serves us.  Make the choice to honor positive aspects in our lovely selves and others.
