Choosing Wisely

"Relationships don't always make sense. Especially from the outside."
Sarah Dessen

Browsing through the library, the shelves are filled with books offering various subject matters. The printed paper may differ as well as the format and font. As an avid reader, one becomes accustomed to the variances. One book may have nothing to do with the other, but deep appreciation may be felt for all.

Relationships are like that. Opposites may attract and some may be as light as a paper bulletin, and others may be heavy in volume. Conversations can bind the deep union though some are quite limited.  Some friends are put on hold, checked out for a weekend, or maintained long overdue.

Leather bound books were once rare but now can easily be found online. The same can said about formal relationships which are now also explored online. Whether brief acquaintances, friendly encounters or intimate bonds, we get to choose and we must choose wisely ... so many books and so little time!
