Flowers Keep the Light ...

Deep in the roots,
all flowers keep the light.

Theodore Roethke

In the depth of life resides energy, love, and light.  It is during solitude one can feel the warmth and flickering glow.  Too easily distracted, our connection with all that is becomes fragmented.

We wander around in the darkness feeling isolated and desperate.  We bump into one and another without looking deeply for the wisdom held in each soul.

Like a wildflower, feel the pull of the hot warm sun.  Stretch through any illusion of darkness and be the keeper of your light.
