Possibilities In A Beginner's Mind
" In the beginners mind there are many possibilities,
but in the expert's there are few."
Suzuki Roshi, Zen Master
We tell ourselves limiting beliefs and unfairly compare our gifts to that of others. When we remember that in the beginners mind, all things are possible. It is through our innocence that we can explore. We begin to see things in a new light. With rigid barriers lowered, we can entertain new ideas and perceptions.
There may be interests in our past that fell short of completion. We are in a different space right now, so perhaps there is additional time or wiser approaches. Replace the attitude of knowing the outcome with a curiosity about alternative results. With new eyes, we can be amazed at what we simply didn't see.
Span the eternal list of scientists and artists who were rejected for years before his or her work was taken seriously. If starting without accelerated expectations, our curiosity can continuously bump us into untapped opportunities. If we stay in the moment simply enjoying the process, joy is waiting for us.

Personal Power Returns
"All action results from thought,
so it is thoughts that matter."
Sai Baba
Avoidance is one way to address conflict. We can look the other way, stop listening, or shut down, but this will not reestablish the peace we seek. We may not have the working knowledge as to how we can divert our patterns for the good of others, but we can be determined to discover intelligent application to our situation.
When we alter our thoughts from 'there is nothing I can do' to a different mind set of 'i will seek until I discover affirmative action', we feel our personal power return. We may not be able to shift the way of the world, but we can make a difference right here, right now, and right where we are planted.
The answer is community action. There are several opportunities popping up for like minded people to join in discussions. Discover small groups where stories can be shared. Begin planning a community garden! Contact representatives expressing needs. Volunteer even if it simply means picking up neighborhood trash. Focus on what can be done, and do it!

Stop With The Hate!
Hatred destroys inner peace and creates chaos.
It changes who you are and very little else.
Return to loving kindness and positive correction.
Virginia Carlson
I can no longer abide by hateful commentaries from kindred spirits whom I deeply love. Hatred removes any sense of peace and creates chaos, changing nothing but your very own nature. Burning anger triggers behaviors and attitudes that we once despised in others. Where are you and please return!
Granted, the world swirling around creates fear. I do not want to hide my head in the sand, but nor do I want to become vicious in nature. I want change that comes from understanding, not from force driven by blind rage. Become aware of how your anger is being fed by hatred and it is changing you.
Come back to what has been your natural state of mind. Pull all of your energy out of current exasperation. Invest your energy into nurturing practices that will minimize fear and calm the soul. Stand up for what is right, but do so through loving kindness and compassion. Center and align, my friend. Come home to inner peace.

Dorment Seeds
"With every deed you are sowing a seed,
though the harvest you may not see."
Ella Wheeler
Memories of fall are fading while visions of spring try to lure us into the future. We are caught in the middle feeling dormant. Achievements from the past no longer nurture us and projected expectations do not completely nourish us either. It is uncomfortable adjusting to this process of suspension.
Like the seed laying dormant in the ground, we are advancing even though it feels like a slumber. This is a quiet time to surrender to our uncensored dreams, allowing our mind to explore adventurous possibilities. Even though somewhat captive, our journey continues. It is time to jump into imagination and flow.
Winter is a time to move our bodies, discover healthy recipes, and delve into deeper mediations. Trust in spontaneous ideas of inventions and organize activities to support new activities. Inner improvements benefits others, not only the self. We may never realize how our experimental approach to winter can warm someone else's soul.

One Foot In Front Of The Other
"One step at a time is all it takes to get you there."
Emily Dickinson
We have read all of the poems about placing one foot in front of the other and not one screams, "Turn around and run!" The need to stay the course surely is obvious, and yet, too frequently, we find ourselves back tracking, vulnerable to repeating mistakes. We may lie to ourselves, saying we are turning around for the sake of others.
Although looking ahead may appear to be extremely intimidating, we can take one step at a time slowly choosing authentic inspiration. We need to be in touch with our lovely selves, no matter how minutely. In order to create healthy patterns, we must make careful choices that contribute to our dreams and desires.
We can establish appropriate support by carefully arranging boundaries and continuously surveying our inner needs. When we can embrace the self just as it is, there are no illusions and clarity directs us on our way. As we learn to align our physical, mental and spiritual aspirations, we can carefully place our feet in the appropriate direction.

Through The Windshield
"Look at life through the windshield, not the rear-view mirror."
Byrd Baggett
When we back the car up, there is discomfort twisting in the seat, the neck is strained, and our foot may fall off the pedal. We have much less control when we are stuck in reverse. Moving forward with hands on the wheel is a powerful sensation. Perhaps it is time to honk the horn while yelling, "Look out! Here I come!"
If uncertain of our destination, we engage with technology to lead us on our way. We do not stay at home when the point of arrival is unclear. If our sense of direction falters, we seek out guidance to clear the view. If careless in our approach, we may get dented scraped or harmed in some other way.
The sadness or anger we feel is temporary. Disgruntled emotions are teaching us a lesson, not meaning to stay. We learn and move on. We stop at stop signs and accelerate on highways. If we view life through the windshield and embrace the sun. the road opens leading to safe and sacred spaces.

Bend In The Road
Find the light and it will show you the path."
Rajneesh
Perhaps we start out not really knowing what we are seeking or where we must go. We have a willingness for adventure. However, when we come to a bend in the road are we still willing to continue? Behind us lay glimpses of a life we once knew, while looking forward there just isn't a clear view.
Preparing for a trek on this newly found path, we must leave elements behind. Our inner awareness pulls us forward. Without hesitation, our heart reminds us of what we must do. We must leave ourselves open to understand both motivation and intention of the self and others in ways that will align all that we do.
As we discover diverse parts of the self, we no longer suffer from the pressure of being just one image. We recognize our multi-sided nature reflecting a plethora of options to move within our chaotic world. It is a matter of creating a flow which enables us to move peacefully from one circumstance to one other.

Inner Glow
"Cherish your visions and your dreams as they are the children
of your soul; the blueprints of your ultimate achievements."
Napoleon Hill
There is a calling to not only place effort into brightening our own spiritual existence, but also into the support of others. The increased vision of the self, offers additional energy to hold space for others without question. There is no room for comparisons or competitiveness, as we are authentic souls in human form.
Maintaining a strong energy field, we attract what is needed and often it comes in form of challenge. We may be surprised that others do not view us as a unique spirit, but our positive belief in the self can keep us strong. We are not present to be judged or to adjudicate others. We have individual visions aligned with our souls.
It is imperative that we notice roadsigns and listen to inner communication as this is what guides and propels us forward into our individual passages. Give credibility to personal insight, dreams and skills. When we utilize our highest good, others benefit as well. Experience the inner glow of energy as it will nourish the soul.

Heart Turns Cold
"Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes
ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust
and hostility to evaporate."
Albert Schweitzer
The cold penetrates through our homes as temperatures dip into frigid temperatures. Physically, we can stack on layers of clothing to keep us warm. Perhaps, heavy old quilts wrapped around our shoulders keep in the heat while wool socks warm our feet. Then there is the heart which is turning quite cold.
Turn away the eyes perceiving injustice, cruelty, and dismay. Place a hand on the heart, stilling the mind laced with brittle emotions. There is power to be found when we sit quietly in our own space. Think not of the many falling astray, but hold dear in the heart the multitudes staying the spiritual pace.
Kindness is especially needed right now, for ourselves as well as others. Strength comes by uniting and holding peaceful resolutions, not by seeking isolation. Keep a pile of smiles to be lavishly shared with those who yearn for safe space. Ice cold fear stored in others gently melts by witnessing an offering from a tender loving heart.

From Glitter To Shine
"Be free and express yourself.
Do what comes naturally."
Cee Lo Green
Recently, I came across a poem written by a woman familiar to me for considerable years. I have experienced her in a few differing roles, but I had no idea that she was a writer. When I reached out to her, she explained that writing had been a part of her for some time, but she was timid about sharing.
Each one of us is born with a skill. Unfortunately, we choose to minimize it or hide it which is most unfortunate for everyone involved. If we would invest more time into our gift, our skill would become stronger. When shared with trusted others, we can receive suggestions to enhance our ability from a glitter to a shine.
If others use harsh criticism to judge our work, let the words fall upon deaf ears. The most important vision comes from within, so we must follow the prompts as they arrive. Unless the goal is to win over the world, follow where authentic nudges lead. Invested energy increases our skill, and by sharing, our message embraces the world.

The Other Side Of Trauma
"Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art."
Stanislaw Jerzy Lec
At a fairly large gathering, I watched two veterans sharing conversations. They were laughing and engaging with others close by. Both men were paying attention to every action around them like trained soldiers, but gracefully blended in. A gentleman by their side noticed me observing and repositioned himself by my side.
After introducing himself, he told me one of the men was his father. The family had led a military life on base while his dad was frequently in other countries often fighting in the trenches of war. The son remembers his father as stern, withdrawn, and very angry. They were not close until his dad's retirement from a life long military career.
We watched this retired soldier's animated face, now filled with warm compassion. Reportedly, he had learned to release his demons, mourn the loss of friends, and sculpt a new persona from the residue of horror. The loving son was extremely proud that his father healed his trauma, and entered a new stage of life and offered nothing but loving kindness.

Stir Things Up
"Our dreams may seem impossible, but our creativity
can turn them into reality."
Malala Yousafzai
Say good bye to the winter blues and delve into a new creative project or reconstruct something old. Determine how you can best express your lovely self, and begin to visualize ways of expanding this interest. Start with something elementary with what you have on hand. After setting an intention, simply begin.
Continue by exploring resources such as attending classes or listening to subject related Pod casts.. At the very least, create a collage of pictures or drawings forming a vision board. It will be a constant reminder of what you are working towards. It is a method for motivating follow through rather than falling back into stagnation.
Whether you are designing a garden or writing lofty lyrics, consider to take your efforts seriously. If it is important to you, nothing else matters. Expressing yourself creatively, increases positive energy which contributes to enhanced body, mind, and spirit.. To experience deserving fun, simply lift the spoon to stir things up!

Listening ...
"The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself.
Maya Angelou
Being cloistered by winter weather, the person we most talk to is ourselves. It may even be that the person we listen to the most is ourselves. The negativity stemming from both of these situations impairs our growth. When we are busy balancing the heaviness of judgment, there is very little energy remaining for personal improvement.
If we give ourselves the time to investigate what is weighing upon our heart, fresh insight can steer us to improved understanding. When we can identify what exactly is underneath our out of control feelings, new directions can be explored. Name issues such as: lack of control; inflexibility; over analyzing; and out of date behavioral patterns.
Setting these issues aside, begin to make a list of our best qualities. Then go back and add specific situations that highlight these strengths. Next, lifting our focus up to the Divine, we can experience a stream of unlimited loving kindness. It is a given that humans are imperfect, but we have the choice to listen anew.

Waking Up To Surprise!
"The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up."
Paul Valery
Let's overcome the temptation to minimize who we have always been meant to be. It is time to stop thinking small and unnecessarily placing everyone else as a priority. Wake up from stagnating lives, and begin to create a stimulating existence. There is no need for gurus or a perfect class or a stress-less space in time. The time is now.
When we sleep walk through life, it is based upon our own decisions. We can place fault on various situations, but our own lack of motivation lies beneath. It is time to step outside of our comfort zone and embrace differing parts of the self. We are capable of so much more if we would just take stock of our strengths.
Pave the way to personal fulfillment by removing self-imposed diversions. Begin right where we are with what we have at hand. Take a leap and trust the guidance newly attracted. Don't worry about an outcome, enjoy the new pulsing energy now. Defining who we are will bring us joy and we may be very surprised by our outcome!

What You Say ...
"The natural healing force within each one of us is
the greatest force in getting well."
Hippocrates
Our body listens closely to how we evaluate ourselves. It follows our lead. When reporting that we are excited, our face becomes animated, our energy level increases and our perspectives soar. Conversely, when disclosing we are not well, our energy drains and heavy darkness fills our soul with a sense of fear and defeat.
We are not meant to be happy all of the time, but nor are we intended to be victims. We do not have control over the happenings in our life, but when we align our responses, the body, mind, and spirit can unite. In the absence of drama, our energies are funneled into problem solving, corrective action, and desire to move forward.
In the face of challenge, we can believe in the impact of personal power while utilizing available resources. Believing that the Universe is connecting with us, synchronicities and unspoken messages assist. Reframing our perspectives, and responding with positive action, the body happily joins the healing process.

How Far To Go
"Only those who will risk going too far can possibly
find out how far one can go."
T.S. Eliot
Christmas is over and without the twinkling lights and good cheer, life can appear to be lack-luster. It is up to each one of us, to reestablish a mindset that supports, nurtures, and directs our thoughts into positive thinking and deliberate action. It is time to be creative and give recognition to who we are on the inside.
Being creative is not about product, but the use of energy and recognition of a true self. Expressing through individual techniques we set ourselves free. The outside world fades while our self-imposed negative illusions dissipate. Our sense of self strengthens and we are finally set free to explore.
Whatever artistic means are chosen, it is not about being gifted, talented, or experienced. It is about deliberately taking the first step in the present moment. With mindfulness, we can capture thoughts reflecting inner interests. Let spontaneity spring forth and be surprised by just how far we can go!

Fading Moon Energy
"Go slowly, my lovely moon, go slowly."
Khaled Hosseini
With such grace, the moon floats across the sky. It reflects confidence and trust. With silent faith all things tend to be well. The full moon seems to rise above all chaos and discord with no acknowledgment that distant eyes are upon it. Curious how it might feel with man putting his feet upon it.
There is an energetic exchange with the moon when we choose to open ourselves to it. Just sitting quietly, with our hearts and minds unlatched, frequencies tenderly enter our physical form. It might be a faint nuance at first, but the connection will grow stronger when we establish a lunar connection. When repeated often, we may experience unexplainable shifts.
When the moon has been observed as a practice, we no longer need to wait for the lunar cycle to repeat. In our mind's eye, we can experience a duplicated visual. Be open to what may come without any expectation. Let the memory of the beautiful full moon continue to vibrate, instilling its magical powers.

Finding A Way
"True compassion means not only feeling another's pain,
but also being moved to help relieve it."
Daniel Coleman
Everyone needs a skill or a tool to help them contribute to situations out of his or her control. Generally speaking, we can navigate through our battles with purpose and intention. But, when something occurs beyond our reach, then a sense of helplessness festers. We may feel powerless and suspended in a state of disbelief.
We can only imagine the pain and suffering others experience. There are endless questions of how to help without realistic responses. Individually, we can turn to prayer or energy work or learned techniques of sacred communing. Authentic compassion drives us to find a way to lessen pain and support relief for others.
We can choose to turn towards each other in our own time and space. Kindness can be generated right here in the now. By reaching out to those suffering loss or struggling from unexpected chaos, we strengthen our bond of community. Together, we can find a way forward, making the difference we want to see.

First Full Moon 2025
"The first Full Moon of 2025 falls into the
warmth and nourishing waters of Cancer."
Intuitive Astrology
The first Full Moon of 2025 is cradled in the warm waters of harmony created by the astrological Cancer sign. Although the heightened energy is that of comfort, underneath it are emotional vibes needing attention. In spite of any turbulent times we may be facing, the frequencies from Cancer remind us that with change, all will be well.
Unresolved issues gain our attention to clarify what needs to be done. As we speculate a dose of self-compassion is highly recommended. It is imperative to be supported by nurturing and encouraging resources. This is a very special time to re-evaluate the manner in which we are pursuing life.
It is time to face which actions are taking us farther away from our destiny. As we hold ourselves accountable and embrace personal power, patterns can shift to be supportive and insightful. Step through the drama even though there is a sense of vulnerability, and determinedly, choose to let go of what is no longer working.

Silent Communion
"I felt trapped, like a caged bird, desperate
to escape but unable to find my way out."
Jodi Picoult
When the snow is heavy and I am forced to remain in place, I experience a deep angst. This anxiety is not about seeking others or needing stimulating activities. Quite the contrary, I long for the silent communication I find in the midst of snow laden trees. I yearn to be embraced by the love I find in a wooded midst.
I know my favorite bench is covered with snow, but I long to sit there in silent communion. I am seasoned in escaping darkness, and I know how to discreetly exit without being seen; but, this is a different means of capture. This limitation of peering outside simply does not quash this longing to be silent with the trees.
Outside my frosted window, a brilliant red cardinal dances in the blowing snow. I cannot help but wonder if he finds joy in this space. Is he guided by the whispering wind or disoriented in the drifting snow? Soon, I will seek my bench, choosing to leave fresh footprints in this accumulating snow!

Reaching Higher Ground
"We can find common ground only by moving to higher ground."
Jim Wallis
Longing for the world to be walking on a pathway of peace, change must be made. First we need to explore the differences in each person without judgment. Do not hide from those who think differently nor act like they do not exist. If we are confident in the self, there is no fear in stretching to understand others.
We can take advantage of situations where thoughts and opinions can be safely shared. We can become aware of how others love, treasure, and endure. When we recognize existing fears and disappointments, a bond can be shared. Understanding the plight of each other brings us closer to walking a peaceful path.
If we choose to step out from behind our own defenses, new understanding occurs. Accepting each other, even when disagreeing, we can create a space where all peoples can thrive. Compromise becomes key, but when developed in safety, there is greater chances to agree. Shedding drama and chaos, together we move to higher ground.

When Snow Returns
"For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth
with your eyes turned skywards,
for there you have been and there you will long to return."
Leonardo da Vinci
Retrieving our hats, boots, gloves and heavier coats, we move, once again, out into the cold wintery snow. This is quite symbolic, actually. As when present with those who lack warmth, we also begin to layer up. Just like winter outer wear, our actions turn to protection from the icy atmosphere.
When the snow returns, we might alter passageways. We may change the course of conversation or boundaries of a relationship when things turn frosty. When deep in thought, our eyes often shift up towards heaven, as though it held escape from pressing unanswered questions. Prayers silently lift upwards into the sky.
We are a significant part of nature participating in the elements of each season. Winter is a time to go within and that is where discovery lays waiting. It is in the stillness that the hidden appears, silent messages are whispered, and enlightenment occurs. We may even long for escape high up into the skies where some view as an eternal home.

Ready For Challenges
"If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your
best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate
problems and find you are ready for greater challenge."
Pat Riley
In the face of diversity, we often choose the path of avoidance. There is a childlike concept that if we ignore something or someone long enough, it or they will miraculously go away. Of course we know this as false, but our ego reports differing information. We take away our own power by leaving results up to chance.
It is just as easy to tell ourselves that we cannot manage as it is to chant, " I can and will do this!" When we choose to believe in personal power, our lessons tend to have less drama and direct results. There may not be an immediate turn around, but the lesson can be learned in half of the time.
It helps us to not require all information at the onset. Not everything needs to be secured when we are first faced with a dilemma. When we ask what can be done in the moment to adjust an unfolding, action is effective. After this first step, others tend to become apparent and guide us stealthily to an acceptable if not superior outcome.

Power Found Within
"Always be of the light, never the darkness and spread
that light generously everywhere you go."
Gloria Stone
There is a light within all of us. For some, it is hiding in darkness with barely a flicker while others are illuminating others from the inside out. Where shall we place our focus, for that is where we generate either love or fear. Determine just how much darkness we are willing to endure rather than shine upon possibility.
There are choices to be made between love and hate, compassion and anger, and acceptance and criticism. It is imperative that we recognize our constant power found within the choices we make. Whether we choose to remain silent or rant with rage, our unhealthy choices taint our good will towards the self as well as to others.
Our inner light may be a small glitter or a booming flood light. Each of us must recognize it within and strengthen it by allowing it to kindle our goodness. When we feel 'enlightened', our actions are gentle and kind creating transitions in the time of fear. Our light reminds others that there is goodness in our world, especially when we become it.

Inclement Predictions
"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things,
but just look what they can do when they stick together."
Vesta M. Kelly
There is something so peaceful about watching snow gently fall. The flakes look so innocent and humble, just like ourselves when we are first born. Intriguing when we think how each snowflake is unique, like we are individualistic as well. This white fluff can be creatively scooped into varying images, similar to the way we create personas.
The innocence of snow is temporary as when it is shoveled to the curb, it soaks up black liquid debris. The evening temps drop and the cold hardens this substance, turning it into slippery and icy mess. The morning warmth then melts it into a disgusting slush. Unless, of course, it forms shapes together.
Our hearts, so pure and humble go through similar sequences. Misfortune taints our innocence and often dismantles life as we have known it. We can shape shift into ice or melt into a very hot mess. The difference is our ability to prepare for inclement predictions and create appropriate shelters.

Stacking Stones
"Stone stacking is not just a modern pastime, but a historical practice
steeped in tradition. Across the globe, various cultures have utilized stone
stacking for purposes ranging from spiritual rites to practical navigation."
We Free Spirits
My memory is filled with unique experiences that occurred in Sedona, Arizona. Each one etched a link between my inner spirit and all that is sacred, leaving me unable to appropriately articulate. The vast magic of this area can be overwhelming. It was the first place I had ever come across the stacking of stones.
Down by the river where the feminine energy thrived, rock formations balanced on thin air. So many stones were mismatched, but perfectly aligned. Some were quite artistic and tall; whereas others were like mine, novice small. It was the ritual of it, the marking of personal presence that joined with unseen sacred souls.
In the following years, while visiting other countries, I would discover artistic stone stackings in isolated locations. These sightings have deepened spiritual perceptions and heightened ritual traditions In silently stacking stones, one experiences an unexplainable link between here and there with the absence of hesitancy and the presence of bliss.

Silence of Snow
"Snow provokes responses that reach right back to childhood."
Andy Goldsworthy
What is it about winter's first heavy snow? A flash-back memory urges us to dig out boots and mittens, proceeding to the garage for a sled, and at all cost, ignoring the shovel. It is an astonishing experience to quietly stand in the freshly fallen snow. There is something very virginal about being where no one has yet to tread.
Standing inside, watching the snow come down, the world seems to fall away. There does not seem to be anything more important than gazing outside the window. We no longer hear the television or family chatter. We magically become one with the silence outside and mesmerized by the daintily falling snow.
Our bodies seem to fall back in time as we capture the sounds of our old friends squealing with joy. Visions of snow ball fights, building a snow man, or making snow angels, float through our thoughts keeping us lodged back in the winter of our memories. Finally turning away, hot chocolate and marshmallows seem perfect for our day.

Dismantle Walls
"Instead of building walls to create security,
we need to build bridges."
James G. Stavridis
When frightened and afraid, we instantly build walls to hide behind, whether emotionally or physically. This, of course, is foolish as it shuts us off and isolates. Behind the brick and mortar, there is not expansion of resolution. It simply breeds fear. triggering thoughts of our own worst nightmares.
Instead of erecting barriers, let us venture out together, sharing concerns, expectations, and disappointments. Together, we can build a bridge to understanding which does not necessarily mean acquiescing to others opinions and concepts. The phrase 'to agree to disagree' allows room for continued conversations.
We need fresh concepts, broader fields of knowledge, and deeper listening experiences. If we stroll together with respect and honor, the bridge elevates content illustrating new perceptions. The key is being present for each other, intently listening. Together, reaching the other side of the bridge, peace can be restored.

Expansion of Life Scenarios
"Reading gives us the ability to live multiple lives at once."
Beauty and the Beast
Winter is a perfect time to expand your senses, curiosity, and experiences through reading. If there is a subject matter too personal for open discussion, explore it in privacy on your own. When you overhear a conversation with unfamiliar concepts, educate yourself diving into resources. Visit a library, simply wandering until a subject jumps out at you.
Books have so much to offer. If you are feeling lonely, a favorite fictional author can connect you with a sense of belonging. If you are bored, a non-fiction writer can introduce you to traditions, cultures, and discoveries. When you long for creative expression, there is a plethora of instructional books to get you started or expand your chosen craft.
Wandering the aisles of a book store or the library, a sense of adventure is felt. There is an anticipation for what you may discover. You are offered endless choices prompting personal selection. Reading is an opportunity to learn about the self, others, and the far beyond. Expansion through reading creates and enhances the life you yearn to live.

Silent Connection
"Open some space, and Spirit will certainly show up."
Harrison Owen
Today is the perfect day to simply show up, holding space for the self, others and the earth. It does not require a donation, reserved seating, nor extended practice. It is a matter of allowing Spirit to fill us with hope, joy, and peace. There are not any certain words we must speak, nor positions to be held. It is a matter of opening the mind.
Direct the ego to go to the corner of the room to sit in a chair. Cover the self in an imaginary veil where no one can contact us through cell, doorbell or mail. Open the heart and bid the Sacred to enter with the warmest of welcomes. Energy will flow into us without requiring any action at all.
For one it may feel like peaceful energy flowing through while one other may experience the sense of wandering in the deepest of woods. Feel the connection that comes, strengthening personal spirit in belief in the good for all. Beckon Spirit to come in and the remainder will unfold. The silent communication assures us that we are not alone.
