Sensitivity As a Doorway

"Your sensitivity is not a weakness ... it's a doorway."
Lee Harris

Your sensitivity is a tool that helps you navigate through life. It is not a weakness, but a sign of strength that you have earned from trials and tribulations experienced in life. You have not allowed challenges to turn you into bitterness, resentment, and hate. It has taught you compassion, gentleness and general concern for all peoples.

As a tender-hearted human, you are deeply aware of life as it unfolds and experience it deeply. These lessons allow you to be understanding of yourself and others. Your inner light grows lighting up your journey as you find your way. By embracing individual challenges, your wisdom grows.

When you use your sensitivity with other skills, your perspective remains positive as you know there is peace on the other side of darkness. Your example is needed during this time of chaos and confusion as a signal of goodness is yet to come. Do not ever be ashamed of your tears as they are beacons of hope for others.

True Navigator

"The heart is the navigator."
Lee Harris

The body is an informant. All day long it reports to us by using parts of our body. The tongue tells us if something is too hot. Our ears react if the music is too loud. Our stomach growls when we are hungry. Although these are important alerts, our heart navigates our responses, weaving us in and out of these situations.

It is the heart that picks up on emotions and gives us the choice of how we want to react. The heart directs us when we are heavy laden with sorrow. or filled with joy. The heart challenges us to determine if we want to proceed or withdraw. It guides us through darkness and light.

With each passing day, the world swirls around us. The heart nudges us to feel and distribute empathy or compassion while the ego too often lapses into judgment and criticism. If we want life to be meaningful, false personas need to be dropped.  When the veil is lifted, our authentic self can be led by the heart.

Sovereign

"Stay sovereign in your center, not swayed by chaos of others."
Lee Harris

No matter how carefully we protect ourselves, collective energy swirls around us ... both positive and negative. Living fully is not about endless solitude cut off from life experiences of others. Nor is it about living entirely in the fast lane never still enough to experience the deep opportunities of life.

We can compare our energy to money. We have a limited amount, and we strive to distribute it equally with some in savings. The same is true of our energy. When we steadily align ourselves, we will have an anticipated distribution with extra to spare. When we are not monitoring ourselves, we can become overly spent or broken.

We have no control over the chaos of the world nor the collection of its power. If we remain centered and aware, however, an endurance assists us. Protecting the self, we will not emit the fire of destruction nor explode onto others. Keep peace in our center and while interacting with others spread loving kindness.

Variety of Hues

"When people have awakenings and start to wake up
to the wider world, they also begin to notice that
things in their earthly life change."
Lee Harris

When we are accelerating through life, rather than strolling along our path, we fly by signs of Divine presence. We ask for things expecting a particular outcome, so we miss what is deliberately sent our way. We weigh our spirits down by overthinking and overextending. It is necessary to learn ways of navigating between the physical and spiritual.

It is not enough to learn diverse concepts, we must incorporate them into our life. This is why life is called a tapestry. We weave new perceptions continuously shifting patterns. When we use the same color repeatedly, we feel blah, whereas, using a variety of hues, life becomes exciting.

Emotional attachments trap us, leaving our personal world lack luster. When we allow exposure to diverse beliefs, and blend the spiritual with our present, life takes on deeper meaning. Exploration replaces struggle, allowing us to move forward without the heaviness of relationships and situations that no longer feed our soul.

Bravery Appears

"When we allow our bravery to appear, it's interesting
how we create a shift and a ripple."
Lee Harris

There are times, whether at work or in a circle of friends, we feel a tickle urging us to speak up. Too often, we swallow this feeling in an effort to avoid confrontation. What if, however, we coated our words with compassion and spoke with kindness? Maybe we unknowingly would be bringing insight or comfort to others who happen to be listening.

When we override the misconception that our thoughts are lesser than someone else's, we may experience an influx of confidence. There is an equal chance of benefit for the self as well as for others. It is when we remember that we are often a messenger for the betterment of family, friends, or community, we freely speak our truth.

When we are courageous with our voice and actions, we experience a shift in energy. Our bravery increases as we begin to navigate conversations with authentic insights and responses. If we allow our inner energies to flow into the outer world rather than being repressed, we learn from ourselves as well as others.

Intuition And Integrity

"If your heart is involved in your interpretation of other
people, other things, you can discern and you can
be in your sovereignty."
Lee Harris

As our intuition grows, we become highly sensitive to the behaviors of others. We begin to pick up on someone's discomfort or ease, anger or joy, and resistance or engagement. Do not be surprised, however, if we mention what we have just picked up on and the person does not relate. They may not be aware of it, as of yet.

When we begin to utilize our strong sense of knowing, we need to be governed by our heart. The insights we gain need to be handled with discretion and tender loving care. Just because we gain information, does not mean it should be openly discussed. We may pick up on feelings that have yet to surface, and addressing them would be premature.

All in good time, revelations unfold. With intuitive information, integrity is required. If we sense a foreboding, we can simply make greater effort to be present rather than redirecting what we sense if unfolding. When we come from our heart center, our intentions will remain for the highest good, not personal gain.

Acquiescing to Needs

"To heal and grow, to live and love,
boundaries are vital"
Lee Harris

Our boundaries need to be deeply rooted, prepared to face strong winds (blow hards), unexpected floods (emotions), and unnecessary excavations (invasive takers). The inner voice, however, can be the most damaging, triggering fear and disengagement. If we can become resilient to defending our personal truth, our growth prevails.

Declaring our personal boundaries is linked to truth telling.  It is imperative to say 'no' when we mean 'no' without acquiescing to the needs of others. Extending loving kindness is essential, but never at a cost of the self. The more we use our voice in alignment with body, mind, and soul, our energy strengthens.

Old patterns of discord will continuously appear, until we have cultivated our root system to withstand objection. Although it is necessary to be open to change, one must stand firmly in his or her belief system. In order to do so, one must have clarity regarding personal wants and needs. Truth increases energy to withstand the storms of life.

Necessity of Improvement

"Manifestation simply means, things that you need,
want, desire, or that will benefit you in your path,
getting faster at lining up with your life."
Lee Harris

Life calls us to be bigger and better which ultimately improves the world we live in. It is less about ego and selfishness and more about enhancing the nature of our being. If we continuously minimize our worth, we run the risk of not reaching our potential.

If we choose to check in with ourselves, we become more aware of our heart's desire. Then we are more apt to recognize available tools to assist us in attaining measures of growth. We are meant to expand and prosper, and it begins with self-realization.

As we learn to live a more fulfilling life, we maintain improved health, creative visualization, and deeper connections with the Divine. As we prosper, we impact not only our human experience, but the lives of others surrounding us.

Inappropriate

"I release any energies and emotions that are not mine."
Lee Harris

As kindred spirits, we are often times called to be present for others who are facing challenges.  We open our hearts unconditionally to 'see' them and to allow them to be heard. We may forget to deflect emotions that are not our own and inappropriately harbor them.

In public, we are impacted by random emotions from others in the midst of an argument or an angry parent lashing out or a disgruntled employee. When left unshielded, our tender heart does not discern what does not belong to us.

Gently close the eyes and pull heavenly light down from the sky and allow it to course through the entire body.  Imagine reaching upwards as darkness falls away.  We remain heartfelt, but choose to release what does not serve.

Prepare to Begin

"Light will find you from inside."
Lee Harris

The New Year is looming before us, waiting for us to create, trust, and proceed.  We can accomplish this by feeling the warmth inside of us, the element that triggers our desire and intentions.

When we take action stemming from our inner objectives, there is more fuel to our fire.  If  we are able to let go of what others might think and the need for absolute control, Divine Spirit rallies to our side.

In the absence of fear, we build our momentum, believing that the Universe is engaging with us. Inner dreamscapes begin to take the form of reality.  Small acts of intention lead to connections that empower our body, mind, and soul.  With a full heart, prepare to begin.
