Priorities
"It's not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and to
make your happiness a priority. It's necessary."
Mandy Hale
We are painfully aware of our personal deficits and' spend very little time singing our praises. As we are familiar with our skills, they often are taken for granted as though anyone could perform them. We may even be more comfortable accepting criticism than we are with compliments or positive recognition.
Begin to monitor interactions with others. Notice how contributions are made. Are they generated from the heart or spoken out of expectation? Are our preferences given voice or are they lost in other's agendas? When we experience a pause in our busy routines, does our mind get a crash course in obligations or do we enjoy a brief reprieve?
When we show ourselves a little respect physically, emotionally, and spiritually, our self-evaluation improves. Positive opinion increases, impacting our performance. Extending trust in our capabilities, we begin to explore a deeper sense of living. We become happier, brightening the lives of those around us.

Life Happens
"You must let what happens happen. Everything must be equal
in your eyes, good and evil, beautiful and ugly, foolish and wise."
Michael Ende
It is difficult to stand by and watch a situation unfold, knowing that life will change. Not having any sense of control can trigger fear which will misdirect us. Impulsively, we may want to run and hide rather than face the reality unfolding before us. We are called to be neutral in our observation.
The reaction we choose to adapt to a shift will impact our emotional balance. If there is trust that we will find our way, there will be less anxiety. If there is fear of the worst possible outcome, we may spin emotionally out of control. The key is how we process the lesson rising before us with an open mind.
There are questions we can ask ourselves, such as: 1. What will happen if I do nothing? 2. What safe action can I take? 3. Am I over-reacting or downplaying? 4. Am I repeating an old pattern? Embracing the experience, we can move forward with a realistic assessment. We can begin to create harmony in a life worth living.

Investment
"Don't let fear make decisions for you."
Annette White
If life is boring and uneventful, step out of your comfort zone and dare to be different. Thoughts of expansion come and go, but until you grasp and create a new idea, things remain status quo. To remain in darkness for too long, you will grow stagnant and can often experience some level of a darkened mood.
An idea once frightening can brighten your pathway leading towards new levels of fulfillment. Just one step towards a new direction can facilitate new beginnings or a continuance of a dream you had all but forgotten. Change may take the form of a new mentor, or an influx of new information prompting creativity.
Participating in an adventure may be somewhat unnerving, but the joy you will discover in unfolding into new growth balances the scales. If you step through hesitation, life can take on new activities, exchanges and depth to bring a deeper experience of living. If the event is not for you, back up and choose again! Invest in something new!

Life is a Blur ...
"Life is eternal, and love is immortal, and death is only a horizon.
and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight."
Rossiter Worthington
Sudden death can snatch our loved ones away in a heartbeat. This can happen so suddenly, it all remains a blur. We may feel frozen or suspended in time. Even when we do not wish this person to suffer with disease, or know death is coming, it continues to be difficult to accept death. Belief in eternal connection does not minimize our sorrow or the process of letting go.
We cling to favorite memories and recapture the sound of both joy and sorrow. In spite of believing in heaven and perhaps hearing a whisper in our ears, such sadness can prevail. Celebrations of Life can restore our emotional equilibrium and propel us forward while allowing time to heal.
What of the living, those still in our lives? We need to take the time to share how important they are to our life experience. Specific time needs to be allotted for lazy chats of love and laughter. And what of those who have been divided by difference? Is it not imperative to make amends before it is too late? Life is a blur without guarantee of tomorrow.

Journey Worth Taking
"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."
Bhagavad Gita
Attending yoga out in the private garden, I way lying on my back looking straight up into the trees. The sun was peeking through as though it were seeking connection. My body gently faded away, and a peaceful feeling spread through my inner being. How wonderful to be free of human form and chaos!
There was no feeling of imperfection or a striving to be in a particular state of mind. There was no movement to replicate a yogi's pose. There was just a stillness that gently opened passageways where I could simply find myself ... non-descript. It was a sacred experience of non-physical enhancement.
This was not an expensive retreat nor a well scripted class. It was a spontaneous nudge to lie on the ground, to break my routine, and commune with nature. I was called to let go of intention and lose focus. It required only a silent awareness floating both within and outside of my lovely self. Indeed, a journey worth taking.

Climbing Stairs
"If you keep overcomplicating your dreams, you'll never
learn how wonderful it feels to actually step into them."
Richie Norton
The Divine sprinkles ideas down upon us each and every day. If we pause while glancing around our surroundings, a simple glimpse may capture the sparkle of possibility. We have choice to either minimize or elaborate the outcome. Do we dare to dream? Imagine something small, not monumental at all.
It is similar to climbing stairs, step by step. It is a gradual process, appreciating the tiniest elements. Finding appreciation for everything surrounding us, lifts our spirits. Indulging in the joy of small things, builds our confidence in creating bigger opportunities. As we navigate higher, the better our dreams unfold.
Standing at the top of the stairs may offer a sense of high satisfaction, but the journey appreciated step by step feeds our soul. If we hold out for big dreams, joy in each given moment escapes us. There is really no rush, no hurry as when we reach the top of the stairs, there will just be another flight waiting for us to ascend.

Ability to Fluctuate
"Wholeness comes when you can stand in the storm of contradiction,
refusing to collapse into comfort or uncertainty. The self is found
and reborn where opposites meet."
j. Mike Fields
There was a time we were told to make something of ourselves. This tended to indicate one solitary choice. We were to make a commitment and stay the course. Changing career paths was viewed as a weakness. There was zero room for flexibility. The truth of course is that we were never meant to be just one permanent thing.
We have our masculine side which pushes us forward as a warrior to get things done. Then there is the feminine side that is soft and creative. We are not one or the other, but rather a flexible blend between the two. Mastering this ability to fluctuate, we can face either chaos or comfort without the loss of self.
We may not have control over how our life unfolds, but we can make the best choice for how we want to react. It is a matter of using our learned skills and knowledge appropriately, when faced with opposition. The rub between unevenness can shave bias from our minds and contribute to our sense of being whole.

Desired Improvement
"There's so much power in believing that everything
will work out even when you don't know how or when.
You just believe that it will."
Blissful Minds
A neighbor planted roses, so the next neighbor put in irises. The neighbor on the other side noticed, so she seeded peonies. The neighbors across the street caught on, and they each planted a favorite flower. Before long there was peaceful living on the street. What action you choose creates a chain reaction.
This is not a suggestion for you to become some kind of Pollyanna, but it is an invitation for you to pull your head out of the darkness. Stop dreading what is yet to come and create better scenarios in your life. Get creative in spite of the chaos and lack of control, and begin to experience a shift in your body, mind, and spirit.
If you anticipate disaster, perhaps that is exactly what you will get. If you visualize collaboration utilizing your skills and desires, perhaps compromise will be result. If you desire improvement, then you will have to take positive action. You may not be able to change the world, but you have the ability to change your life.

Wounds Need Compassion
"A kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal."
Steve Maraboli
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Actually, it takes strength to hold ourselves open when we are feeling vulnerable. Choosing addictions like shopping, scrolling, or other harmful self-destruction, creates avoidance, not assistance. When our pathways narrow into darkness, allowing others to walk by our side can lead to healing.
Determine what would support you in the best way. Sharing with a friend who can just listen, expressing fears by scribbling them across a blank page, or finding sacred space in nature. Offered compassion gives the body a chance to heal and allows new pathways for spirit to inspire.
It can seem as though 'going it alone' is a preferred method, but there is a time when outside assistance can treat our walk of shame, loss or disappointment. The input of professionals or elders can bring attention to options we cannot yet see. When wounds are feeling overwhelming, we need compassionate others by our side.

Delete!
"In new world relationships, the main focus is on
building your relationship with yourself and the universe.*
Shakti Gawain
It is time to stop trying to explain our lovely selves, hoping to be understood. No longer shall we modify who we are in an attempt to simply please others. This old programming of being small or groveling for love is now being deleted. With newly formed space, we will begin to organize files based upon personal need.
Prior to seeking, we must check in with our inner being to unpack what no longer fits. It is time to discard learned behavior and replace it with authentic responses. It is understandable to be hesitant or afraid, but the reward of personal freedom is well worth facing the challenge.
Power is obtained by gazing into a mirror and accepting who we find looking back at us. Take note of the oddities and love them. Observe unfinished lines or formations and feel adventurous about filling them in. Accept mistakes of the past and move into the 'now' by aligning our choices with what we hope to achieve.

Camera
"I am a camera with its shutter open, quite passive,
recording, not thinking."
Christopher Isherwood
A detective once said that each and every witness was important to an investigation. Each person experienced the situation from a different vantage point through his or her own preconceived perception. With each interview, the investigation developed in depth and clarity from numerous viewpoints.
When we experience a situation, we depend upon previous incidents for evaluations. Too often, we forget to step back and use a new lens. With an open mind, we will perhaps see multiple explanation that either support our view or expand it. With speculation, we are open to heightened growth and understanding.
If we tightly cling to a singular impression, this may be about insecurity and the need to feel in control. Opening our mind is not simply accepting anything and everything. We still have a right to choice, but by giving consideration to a differing viewpoint allows everyone to feel both seen and heard. The result is a sliver of peace.

What Makes You Ask?
"Whoever is carless with the truth in small matters
cannot be trusted in important affairs."
Albert Einstein
Truth is often times difficult to put into words, but falsifying information can trigger larger consequences. Truth at times needs to be abbreviated respecting boundaries, but life experience aligns the self through honesty. In order to express what is true, it is necessary to be congruent with the self.
Prior to responding, it is helpful to pause and question if we are on automatic pilot or offering authenticity. Depending upon the topic, we may have changed our preferences and have not yet updated our thoughts. There is also the need to allow the self to admit we simply do not know.
Being a truthteller may cause us to falsely assume others are trustworthy. When a question feels invasive and creates a stir within, we may ask, "What makes you ask that?" (Motivation is key). Living our truths can be challenging, but a life of integrity is well worth the effort.

The Gentle Pause
"I heard a whisper coming from the trees. And in
that moment, I was gone."
Thomas Neuman
Situations arise and we delve into them using lessons from the past and applying newly gained knowledge. Our minds can become cramped from the overload and our energy vastly pushes us forward, depleting any sense of joy. It is when we retrain our brain to create a sense of pause that allows us space to simply be.
This is not about a destination vacation or an afternoon getaway. It is about an easily accessible space providing immediate escape into nothingness. It is a restoring pause that recalibrates the body, mind, and soul. It is provided time to alter rigid behaviors. The momentary shift in routine enhances our production.
In the mind's eye, create an environment that soothes the soul. Gently let the eyelids close and mentally step into this envisioned leeway. Opening to slight whispers, all parts of the self relax. Take a deep breath from this sacred space and let it flow from head to toe. In this momentary pause, one becomes whole.

Invest Bravely
"Remember that starting over means you're
brave enough to rewrite your story."
Better Help
We invest in resources to learn new ways of improving. Classes may be taken to expand skills and applications. We closely observe patterns of others falsely assuming they may be better than our own. Knowledge is accumulated, but how much of it do we actually apply? Have we made room for new information by erasing stagnant script?
We may believe in the goodness that befalls upon others, but doubt if manifestations will present for ourselves. A positive thought may support our desire, but is it readily overcome by self-doubt? If we do not give ingenuity space to thrive and grow, it will shrivel and die before its time.
Seek what tickles our imagination and read what will lead deeper into our awareness. But do not stop there! We must take action, carrying our visions out into the world. Configure steps to alter our direction, and actually practice them. It is only when we bravely invest in ourselves that our future may change.

Permission Granted
"The most important thing for aspiring writers is for them to give
themselves permission to be brave on the page, to write in the presence
of fear, to go those places that you think you can't write."
Cheryl Strayed
On my journey, I have found both friend and foe offering lessons I did not believe I needed. They often recirculated until I came to understand what I was to learn. I loved deeply and strived to be a safe space for others. I listened, offered compassion, and grieved when called to let go.
Accepting all parts of myself brought clarity and peace while allowing appreciation for those who played his or her roles. Time became allotted for nurturing and expansion. My passion for writing escorted me to levels of perception I never thought possible. Visualization and dreamscapes opened unclaimed doors.
Opening to possibilities, thinking beyond self-imposed limitations, my journey continues forward. With a deep sense of integrity, I offer compassion and love to others. I marvel at the magic in our world and fondly seek my haven in the midst of trees. I will endeavor to be the best human I can be, longing to fullfill my destiny.

Communication Without Sound
"Silence isn't' empty; it's full of answers."
Buddha
If we can love and accept ourselves, there is comfort in being still. With no need to perform or attract, we can patiently observe. There is much to be learned through awareness whether out in nature or in the company of friends. When we learn to be quiet, there is so much more to be heard.
When we hold ourselves open, our senses deepen allowing sensitivity to increase. We find ourselves asking what we are not seeing behind an image or what is not being said behind a rambling narrative. Watching eye movement alone adds volumes to a response. By refraining from using words, a new language appears.
Silent communication with the Divine can heighten life experience. Whether in meditation or walking in nature, we learn in the solitude. Loosening our focus, what is unclear can take form. Whether in visions or dreamscapes, information can be prevalent. It is within the silence that communication soars.

Finding the Path
"You will recognize your own path when you come upon it
because you will suddenly have all the energy
and imagination you will ever need."
Jerry Gillies
We may not yet have a plan or sense of direction, but our path will surface leading us towards our needed destination. Acquiring self-discipline to be patient and open to whatever comes assists in our advancement. When fear creeps in, and it will, address it so it will not create power over us.
There is a need to pay attention to what disturbs us and why. In addition, noticing what inspires us needs to be revisited. If we hold ourselves accountable by making aligned choices, our progress forward will build slowly. We may not understand a current situation, but we must trust it will somehow come into play.
As we monitor our progress, notice if our skills are being used. Question if we are doing the work that supports us or distracts us. No matter our age or circumstances, honoring the self by being creatively productive propels us and gently heal our woes. We will eagerly face our future, knowing that goodness awaits.

Inside the Human Suit
"I'm safe inside this container called me."
Haruki Murakami
The deeper the relationship with ourself, the more open we are to the magic surrounding us. Messages come to us in diverse scenarios and subtle packaging. As inner love holds us safe, we grow open to the possibility of everything being connected and purposeful. Calming the mind and deepening our senses, Divine Spirit is prevalent.
Unpacking fear, exploring skills, and feeding the soul, we are open to receiving connection that makes us feel less alone. Spirit consistently speaks to us if we but pay attention: overhearing a beneficial conversation, finding a hawk lingering nearby, or a song provoking a memory. Numerous signs are available to us, confirming that we are never alone.
When spirit is allowed to be active within throughout the day, we feel prepared to face whatever comes our way. When challenged, we can dip deep inside and the guidance will come. When we love ourselves and engage with Spirit, there is nothing we cannot face. This human suit simply houses the depth of our soul.

Two Parts Processed
"Man is truly not one, but two."
Robert Louis Stevenson
There are two parts to me, the warrior and the sensitive. The warrior is filled with energy and goes on a hunt for engagement, learning, and bonding. The sensitive side is lofty, withdrawing and creative. When I can balance these two parts, life becomes quite remarkable. I have the strength to be vulnerable.
The days of needing to project a certain image are far gone and no longer am I willing to hide. Processing what was at my core, understanding triggers, and accepting my own true nature, has led me to a comfort in being me. Being assertive when needed, I feel that I can be protective and safe. Being laid back leaves me open to experience.
Processing that life happens and that I have choice as to how to react, adjusts the quality of my life. There is a sense of control as to how I will navigate in accordance with my needs. My deep sense of compassion accepts the lesser parts of me, and I end up feeling a love so incredibly deep that I know I can withstand the winds of time.

Thriving In Safety
"Having a safe space to imagine and dream and (re)invent yourself, is the first step
to being happy and successful, whatever road you choose to pursue."
Ashley Bryan
Once an inner sense of being is realized, we can move within any scenario with confidence. Reality is less dictated by others and decisions become increasingly dependent upon personal character. When we know our lovely selves, it is easier to acquire support that nurtures our authentic identity.
This inner being when fed by deliberate choices, guides us more precisely than leaving our fate to others. Exposed to meditation, artistic attraction, and inspiring resources, we bring strength to our core. Daily communication with the Divine reduces over reaction to the craziness in our world.
When a sense of balance is created within, we can be open to shifts of change and new perspectives. Strengthening our spirit, we become aware of our power and how to use it in search of life purpose. We establish a sense of safety that allows us to thrive within, and appreciate each movement of our day.

Resilience
"The amount of happiness that you have depends on the amount
of freedom you have in your heart."
Thich Nhat Hahn
If we allow ourselves freedom to explore with uncertainty of discovery, we may unearth both joy and sorrow. If we allow time to expose ourselves to differing opinions and random experiences, we will stretch and grow. It may feel safe to withdraw into secure boundaries, but stagnation will stifle our need to expand.
There is a risk to opening our hearts to new experiences, but trust in the self stimulates forward movement. Accepting that detours will reveal additional information, we can be mindful of unexpected twists and turns. If we are too rigid, our freedom is limited avoiding encounters that would expand our life .
When we grant ourselves permission to search and discover, a true sense of freedom is created. Replacing fear with curiosity, believing in our ability to navigate whatever unfolds, life is lived to its fullest. When we depend upon our lovely selves to promote personal happiness, dependency is replaced by resilience.

Absence of Psychological Phrase
"Not everything felt can be explained."
Zachary Fisher
We listen to advisers and professionals, but silence the voice within. There is an abundance of knowledge to be accessed by simply being still. Withdrawing from the chaos of the world, we discover a safe place where it is acceptable to not understand all of our emotions. There are other options than exact definition and constructed resolution.
The outside world demands explanation, but the inner world allows us to be at peace with all that we do not yet understand. We give ourselves permission to not use words, and sit in stillness, trusting that all will unfold. In our inner world, we can be at peace not knowing the reasons for our reactions to all of humanity.
When we do not understand our feelings, we can resort to creativity as an outlet. Whether music or painting or writing, there is an inner flow waiting to release all that is pent up inside. It subsides the need to have immediate certainty and gives permission to suspend action without needing psychological phrase.

Beautiful and Lonely
"Let the moon teach you the art of being beautiful
and lonely at the same time."
Anand Thakur
The passage of the moon is solitary and its brilliance ebbs and flows, quite similar to our passage in life. Although traveling alone, the moon is accompanied by the presence of the stars. And is this not like our passage in life ... traveling alone, sometimes brilliant sometimes not, and sporadically accompanied by stars.
When the moon is hidden, it may be challenging to find our way. But without doubt, we know it is there. When it is shining brightly, we may experience accelerated energy to propel ourselves forward in a determined way. Moving through the darkness, we find ourselves trusting in our uncharted course.
The full moon shines ever so brightly, reminding us of its presence. It is a forever friend, just waiting for us to reach out. It listens without judgment and fosters solitude. Gazing up at the moon, we can experience a true sense of tranquility. The relationship with the moon is a safe space where both tears and joy can flow.

Time to Shine!
"On this day and on all days, may you
kindle the light within so you will
shine brightly for all to be seen."
Virginia Carlson
There is a light within that some refer to as the soul or heart. It is a place of being where your passion grows. Like a garden, this sacred space requires attention. You must feed the inner spirit with kindness, acceptance, and enhancement. It is then that you begin to glow which attracts others and gives them the desire to do the same.
When you feed the soul with creativity, a sense of peace is created. If you live with integrity, the light grows brighter. And why is this important you may be wondering? Others will be drawn to your light, encouraged to kindle his or her own sacred fire, and connecting our souls together leading to a peaceful existence.
When you hold vigil daily, whether through prayer or meditation, the sacredness within illuminates life experience. You connect with spirit and remain centered with life purpose. Pathways will continue to dip into darkened valleys, but your inner light will assist in finding your way.

Improved Recognition of Self
"Know yourself to improve yourself."
Auguste Comte
Electronic assessors allow us to facilitate at rapid speed and excel in even the most modest task. It was said that by adapting to technology, we would have more time to ourselves. Unfortunately, the newly created spaces were filled with more tasks when it could have been utilized for nurturing ourselves.
We tend to think that when we accomplish our to do list, then perhaps we will have time to relax, restore and renew. In actuality, our performance is of a higher caliber if we check in emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Feeling at home with our inner self increases our strength to face the world.
We cannot appropriately advance if we do not know what personally resonates and inspires. Is our path driven by natural curiosity or by expectations of others? On going honest communication with the self guides us towards authentic living. Creative application of our skills enhances our life experience.

When Things Go Dark
"People don't care how much you know
until they know how much you care."
John C. Maxwell
When things go dark and I loose my way, I can count on those in my life who will notice that I have strayed. They will quietly walk by my side, listening without interruption. No matter how I try to hide, they see the pain in my eyes and detect the heaviness in my heart. Their tender loving presence reminds me that I am not alone.
Those close to our hearts detect both joy and sorrow. They have taken the time to truly know us beyond the surface. They read our body language, and listen to the tone of our voice. When our focus strays, they do not interrupt or try to impose their wisdom upon us. Acceptance arrives free and clear.
And this is how I long to be ... clearly present for others without an agenda; becoming a mirror to see themselves; being a sounding board where words can fly without censorship; reflecting their self-worth; and offering a safe space to heal. Together, we can face the world creating a deeper sense of connectivity.

Exit ...
"And yet, no matter how much we gather, there comes a day when
we must release it all. But perhaps the beauty of life is not in what we keep,
but in what we give, in the love we share, the kindness we leave behind,
the lives we touch along the way..."
Rumi and divine love
Glancing around the room, there may be treasured reminders of things from the past. Emotions may increase as we notice pictures on the wall, volumes of books resting on a shelf, or a cozy blanket lingering near by. We can feel gratitude for all we have received, but where is our inventory of what we have given?
Step away from these comfortable reminders and inventory memories of when we have extended kindness ... not in a selfish pride, but in an awareness. Perhaps there were times we tried to give too much or not enough. Too often we may recognize a need in others, but chose to look away.
There is not an accurate estimate of when we will exit this life, so do not put off loving for even one more day! Find beauty and contribute to it. Thank the flowers, appreciate the animals, hug the children, and offer nothing but praise. Continuously rekindle the love in our heart and then freely give it away.

Mighty Oak or Gentle Willow
"The oak fought the wind and was broken.
The willow bent when it must and survived."
Robert Jordan
Sitting upon a secluded bench whether in imagination or in the park, one can watch the trees sway in the breeze. If very quiet, the observer can watch the behavior of small animals, birds, and sometimes bees. It is somewhat easy to believe life in nature is peaceful generated with ease ... that is of course is fallacy.
If one looks more closely, coming into vision are broken branches from heavy storms, fallen nests from high winds and carelessly scattered poisonous debris. This telling scene reminds us that in all of life there is peril. Nothing is more obvious than the war between climate and man. Unsurmountable lists of human death increase from eruptions in nature.
Safe upon our bench, we may wonder, "Yes, but what can I do?" This of course only delays positive action to make a difference. There is something everyone can do either alone or by group participation. For heaven's sake, get up and do something within personal means. Bend like the willow, adjust and heal or be snapped by ignoring the plight.

Her Spirit They Did Smear
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct
your life and you will call it fate."
Carl Jung
It seemed like the right thing to do, to stand strong against the winds of time. She thought of herself as a brave little soldier who would deflect any harm. Foolishly, she believed in staying small. Apparently, this was not true at all, as she finally listened to that inner voice encouraging her to be open and free!
Just who was it that taught her to cower in fear? Who was so threatened by her creative passions that her spirit they did smear! Matters not any more, as she readily changed seeking freedom and peace. Without aggression or need for control, she simply gave up and found her self in a powerful flow.
No more pretensions or adaptations, just authenticity laced with love and kindness for herself. What she had been seeking all along resided deep inside of her. Spirit was there, patiently lingering, waiting for her to awaken to her endless possibilities. She now walks with powerful ease, never leaving anything to fate.

Third Eye Enhancement
"In spiritual traditions, the third eye is considered the seat of the soul
and the gateway to higher consciousness. Ancient texts and modern
spiritual practices alike describe it a a powerful tool for
intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual insight."
Insight State
The third eye is a worldly symbol and a spiritual concept found in numerous traditions and cultures. It is believed to be located in the middle of the forehead, just above our two eyes. It is believed to heighten both our perception and awareness providing us with deeper insights. It can be activated through meditation, energy work and other modalities.
Often termed the brow chakra, the third eye is a gateway inward and upwards deepening the connection with higher consciousness. It is a calming and peaceful experience where comprehension of other realms and altered perceptions occur. This state of being is often referred to as enlightenment.
Opening our third eye avails clarity of life purpose, intended endeavors, and significance of connections. It is a safe place and often referred to as the seat of the soul. It is a resource developed over time with consistent practice and deep trust. The third eye experience can be both mysterious and profound. We can improve our vision by giving it a try!

Propelled by Tension
"If, in our heart, we still cling to anything - anger, anxiety or
possessions - we cannot be free."
Thich Nhat Hanh
Every day, we need to maintain a clear image of ourself, not just during meditation or a stroll through the park. Being mindful is not something one schedules in. It is intended to be a way of living. Unresolved emotions and dwelling in our shadow complicates life and leads us farther away from whom we are meant to be.
We cannot avoid chaos, but we can move through it with less damage if we face it directly. If we carefully assess and make an aligned decision, the drama will not thicken. Resistance doubled with fear increases negativity and causes unnecessary damage. Be clear of intention and motivation for end result.
Transformation is meant to free us from restrictions that keep us small. With the absence of clarity, we will not flow within transition. Challenge can nudge us into deeper understanding and pivotal advancement. No matter what is surrounding us, we can center within and strengthen our core. New perspectives and insights will unfold.
