Willingness to Stand Still

"Courage is a willingness to act from the heart,
to let your heart lead the way, not knowing what
will be required of you next and if you can do it."
Jean Shinoda Bolen

Just as we would choose flowers from a garden, it would be best to use discretion to choose how we feel. We release old anxious feelings or gut reactions, replacing them with an open space for unknown possibility.

We can feel anxious when holding space for change. By reducing inner child chatter and dismissing repetitive thoughts, we create fertile soil for enhanced growth. Our willingness to stand still requires courage.

When we turn off our automatic feelings, we can choose to reconnect with our heart to discern new pathways for happiness ... whatever that means personally. We create positive reframe by awaiting opportunities and crisply awake to participate in new beginnings.

***It is an excellent idea to buy lovely flowers to uplift our longings
for spring! Take joy in arranging them in a favorite vase. Enjoy!
