Suspension
"What truly matters is how we invite someone into the home of our
heart. Are they free to be transparent? Can they share the secrets
of their soul without shame? Can we listen deeply
without the rush of advice or judgement?"
Mitch Davidowitz
Water gently holds us up, offering support without push or pull. Floating elevates us from what lies beneath, and suspends us from pending concerns. As a heart felt friend, we extend exactly the same ... comfort, nurturing, and sheltered space.
Leaning into a spiritual nature, we offer others a safe area for truths to be told without judgment or shame. Throughout the exchange, there is no worry about responses or resolutions, as our purpose is to simply be present.
Like water, we can be a gentle wave of tenderness offering stillness to wash away fear and doubt. One gains clarity and moves closer the best appropriate action. Allowing our loved one a strong sense of connection is healing in itself.

Compassionate Courage
Many want to hang on to their sorrow for it is the last
that remains in the tapestry of love that once lived."
Mitch Davidowitz
Relationships regrettably end too often without closure. We may hold space hoping our companions will return and adjustments can breathe life into new beginnings. Existing loneliness may tempt us to return to less than desirable circumstances.
It is imperative to acknowledge our loss and whatever negative part we may have played, but without shame or sense of failure. Our compassionate self-talk eases us into forward movement. We gather insight and courage from these lessons learned through loss.
Healing is a process needing quietude, but there is much to be said for the silent presence of one whom we trust. With gentle acceptance, new vision begins to peak through the darkness and invite us to join life fully once again.

Insights Noted
"When we nourish our heart by asking
what really matters, we awaken clarity."
Mitch Davidowitz
Right in this very moment, close your eyes and create a pause. Silence will provide peace as it spreads from your soul. Notice the beating of your heart as chaos fades away. Illuminate this space with desire to be in love with your day.
Bring to mind what really matters to you and decide to nourish these thoughts as though they were freshly planted seeds. Create a clean space for optimal growth, gather ingredients for stimulation, and brilliantly shine your light.
While in this simple state of calm, insights can be noted. Intuition will nudge you into making light hearted decisions in spite of calculated routines. Setting heaviness aside, experience the expansion of breathing in new life.

River of Life
"When we pause to reflect on the great river of life
moving through us, we do not stop swimming because
of a single branch floating. We find our way around it."
Mitch Davidowitz
In the river of life, we have choice as to becoming blocked by debris or to circumvent the situation. There are options to float to the shore or to hide in a cove. With determination we can swim forward and persevere, rather than being lodged in the bottom of muck.
It is a challenge to move forward with an open heart knowing that tides can change and currents can become dangerous. If we can remember to float rather than struggle, we can formulate the best way to respond.
Often times, intensity is decided by our present mood or automatic reaction. Are we reacting to what is before us or is it a knee jerk reaction to a trigger from the past? It is when we gently wade in and focus on the expanding horizon that we return to the flow.

Soul Within Stillness
"Let the silence of your soul hold you in peace.
Let the stillness of your heart bathe you in love."
Mitch Davidowitz
There is an expansion of the self when we are able to embrace the concept of soul, and to come to a realization that we, indeed, are spiritually complex beings. When we are able to make the connection between the body, mind, and soul, life takes on a new depth of living.
If we can explore beyond the limitations of being human, and increase perceptions of the meaning or purpose to life, thoughts shift. Harm in any form is unacceptable and chaos is always present; therefore, we adapt by setting intention from our soul connection.
As we sit in stillness, a communication can be formed within the silence. Gradually, our heart opens and our connection is strengthened by strong sensations of love. With the realization that we are not truly alone, life ceases to be a chore and becomes an adventure.
