Silent Messages

"I listen with love to my body's messages."
Louise Hay

When I am quiet and still, a voice inside of me speaks. I no longer puzzle over who it might be. The shared wisdom helps me to remember what is important and why I am walking on this earth. It reminds me to be determined with what is truly important, leaving judgments of others by the wayside.

When a creative idea surfaces, my ego points out failed attempts from my past. The whispering voice reminds me that this is the new present filled with possibilities. In the quiet, I can once again hear the word 'focus' which points me into the direction I truly yearn to be. In my mind's eye, I can see that it is only me standing in my way.

In order for my dreams to come true, I must transform my thoughts into reality. It is imperative to remember my authentic actions will not only provide for me, but will also touch the lives of others. When inner promptings are followed, I experience excitement and joy as I transition savoring the voice within.

Impacting Outcome

METAPHYSICAL CAUSATIONS;  The power in words
and thoughts that create experiences."
Louise Hay

If we cling to negative projections, we will more than likely have exactly that ... limitations. If we open our arms to welcome what comes our way, without expectation, it is more likely that a positive experience will unfold.  Our personal energy, whether negative or positive, impacts and adjusts outcome.

When we are fear based, we are not grounded or balanced, making it easy to spiral downwards.  Our bodies listen to everything we say.  From one point, we can constantly repeat that we are getting sick, and get sick.  On the other hand, our body tries to alert us when we are impaired, and if we ignore it pushing forward, we can deepen the illness. Fear shuts us down, limits us.

Opening to life with positive mindsets, we can heighten our experiences. We feel better, think more positively, and witness insightful situations.  We avoid the whiplash of being yanked from positive to negative by daily grounding our bodies, minds, and spirits.

Maintain Sense of Balance

"When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds,
we will find it in our lives."
Louise Hay

Life is filled with challenges and they will repeat themselves until we can finally learn the purpose or lesson of the situation.  When we find our way and clear our path to move forward, it is inevitable that debris will appear once again.

The key to navigating our path is our mind set.  If we maintain a negative perspective, we will not advance as successfully as when we have an open mind to learn a positive approach.  If we declutter the mind by discarding self-criticism and focusing on creative resolution, we can maintain a sense of balance as we move forward.

Recognition of our progress can be stimulating.  As we self-access, we can celebrate our endurance and acknowledge every baby step we take.  Visualize the self moving with ease towards a positive outcome.  Allow plenty of time for transition to avoid hastily made decisions or choices made under duress.

Beyond Assumptions

"Every morning, I remind myself
I can make the choice to make
myself feel good."

Louise Hay

The importance of monitoring our actions and our thoughts is to become aware of our tendency to automatically judge.  We make decisions without appropriate information and too easily categorize any challenge as a negative experience.  It is important to inquire beyond assumptions and explore what lies beyond whatever is appearing as a deal breaker.

Instead of jumping ahead to determine who is at fault so we can place blame, use the energy to see the connection between personal growth and opportunity.  We advance when we are able to connect the dots between what stands in front of us and what we long to learn.

When we get stuck in our physical, emotional, or spiritual pain, we miss the opportunity to use our challenge to enhance the larger picture of life.  We can choose to look beyond the negative contents to imagine what positive outcomes can be created.  We have choice in deciding how to perceive the unfolding of our lives.
