Diverse Openings ...

Throughout life we groom ourselves to be one certain thing, which eliminates other parts that need to carry us along. Just because you want to be a scientist or teacher, doesn't mean you cannot play an instrument or create art as well. We are multi-sided and the more you heighten your own diversity, the more interesting and stronger you become.

Diverse parts offer you a reprieve from singular drive. Allowing other parts of the body to energize, you are contributing to a healthier body. Your body, mind, and spirit need to be explored, sorted, and rebirthed. Some aspects have played their part and need to be released while others are just waiting for your attention.

This New Years Eve, say goodbye to what no longer interests you by being honest and accepting. Turn your gaze to the unknown, the new you, with curiosity and glow.  Trust in your lovely self while having faith that life will unfold in your own special way.  Open your heart to what unfolds as you are so very dear to us all! 

Tending to Promises

The bell in the tower started ringing, so I instantly looked up. I could see partial movement and noticed the greenery growing ... actually thriving. I then spotted a large black bird circling overhead with a background of large fluffy clouds gently floating by. And isn't this just like change? The slightest shift and new segments appear.

Spring is advancing, bringing new growth while rekindling our desire to be outside. Our mind shifts to promises made over the winter and wonderment of how to bring them into the present. Shrugging off heavy outerwear, we are eager for the sun to shine, just as tiny buds push up through the earth. They, too, long for the energy beaming from the sun. 

Let us not forget the promises made for longer bike rides, garden explorations, and extended walks in the park. Retrieve an old vase with the intention to fill it with flowers every week as recognition that a new season has arrived. Begin anew, reaching higher levels of self understanding and celebration!

Energy of Love ...

Living from the ego is a great deal different from living from the heart. The ego finds fault, compares and criticizes; whereas the heart opens to the beauty seen and unseen. Love, like a liquid covering everything it touches, increases positive vision and leaves no trace. It can be extended through touch, vision, or silent application.

When we fear and resist, we waste our strength and end up falling emotionally and sometimes physically. If we attempt to control that which is not ours, we will experience frustration and defeat. If we look from our heart with love, the picture may not shift, but humble acceptance makes no waves. 

The more we open our hearts to love, the more love we have to share with others. It is not denying reality, but the love extended can heal wounds ... our own and others. The ego has the ability to taint every thing, person, or situation while the heart accepts and reacts with love. Let the energy of love rise within, and greet the world with heartfelt love.

In the Middle of Boring and Chaotic

 Scan back over your life and be amazed by the differing roles you have played.  Notice how differently you played those roles and most importantly, how your actions molded your life.  As you use  energy, it attracts both the negative and the positive so discernment is required to choose how much you will allow in. 

If you are not paying attention, particles of numerous origins flow inside uncensored   Much later. you exclaim, "How did that get in?"  You create filters through experiences, but these screens are not successful in deciphering the good from the bad.  Permanent barriers keep out life harming particles,  and life enhancing blessings as well.  

These are all catalysts to remain aware as your life unfolds.  If you do not develop stillness and awareness, distractions clutter your path and journey causing life to be more challenging than necessary.  If your life is so boring you continuously fall asleep, don't blame others for the choices you are not making.
