Diversity needs to follow the words energy work as the realm is huge.  Not only are there numerous techniques for this work, but individual approaches under each title.  We are all capable of sharing energy like mothers calming a child by touch or a rocking motion of a swing or chair.  Our awareness of the energy surrounding us depends upon personal response and touch.

I was not seeking energy work, it kind of bumped into me.  I was immediately drawn to know more about it and traveled every week to pursue it.  My first degrees were completed in the early 1990's, but I have accumulated to the point of excess differing ways to share or extend light energy. It isn't necessarily easy to identify an energy worker, but they are gently painted across a vast canvas touching every aspect of life.  

During this stretch of isolation, energy work has kept my mind, body, and spirit healthy and happy.  I can visualize family and loved ones, covering them with light or I can send light energy out into nature to nurture the trees and birds alike. It can be simple ... sit still and slowly breathe in and out which regulates breathing which is personal energy.
